Continuity mistake: When Bender is in Hermes' office and Hermes says "It has come to my attention this company has been paying you to do nothing but loaf about on the couch", Bender has his arms on the table. When it cuts he has his arms crossed. (00:02:40)
Continuity mistake: When Fry is trying to buy the Z-ray from the salesman, the salesman has a red spot on his forehead. When Fry gets dragged away, it disappears, then later on it comes back. (00:03:40)

Continuity mistake: When the liquid person is telling Fry about the coming coronation, the background behind him changes i.e. during the closeup of his face the wall should be a window section. (00:10:45)
Continuity mistake: Fry's bottle changes from being in his right to his left hand and the colour also changes when he's listening to the comedian. (00:11:25)
Continuity mistake: When Fry and Leela are standing in the corridor with the portraits of the past Emperors, there are numerous errors. Including the picture of Fry vanishing, as well as blank frames appearing and figures facing the wrong direction. (00:11:50)
Continuity mistake: Fry reads his speech from the back of his arm, but the writing disappears afterwards e.g. when the emperor appears in his stomach. (00:14:05)
Continuity mistake: When Bender switches to hard liquor, he takes out a martini in place of his current drink. This martini however is in the previous shot as he notices the setting suns. (00:14:25)
Continuity mistake: When Fry is sitting on the throne being goaded by Bender, the emperor in his stomach turns from light blue to dark blue in some shots.
Continuity mistake: When Fry is being emperor and Leela is questioning his actions, there is a water being with a yellow mouth cover. Later, there is a pink mouth cover on that being.
Answer: Yes Leela knew from early on that Fry had feelings for her. They were pretending to be a couple in 'A Flight to Remember' from season 1 and Fry tried to get on dates with Leela ever since. She just didn't show signs of the feelings maybe being mutual before some of the later episodes.
