Continuity mistake: We can see that the door of the cargo area is nearly on the ground. How come Fry can then run out of the same door and then fall out of the door near the top of the ship? (00:17:00)
Continuity mistake: When Bender makes the joke about where the professor would be without all the students who love and respect him, we see the professor sitting with nothing in front of him on the table. When it cuts, two glasses and a blue cup suddenly appear. (00:02:35)

Continuity mistake: Before Hermes does the limbo under the flying file holders he drops his white shirt off. When it cuts there is no sign of the shirt on the floor. (00:19:05)

Continuity mistake: When Bender and Fry are at the bar, Bender has four glasses and a cigar in front of him on the table when he says, "Cheer up, meat bag. You barely touched your amoeba." When it cuts, from behind Bender the cigar is missing. (00:04:35)
Saturday Morning Fun Pit - S7-E19
Continuity mistake: Both times the Globetrotter turns the cloning machine on, after the shot goes to a wide view, the knob is pointed to the OFF position, but the machine works anyway.
Where No Fan Has Gone Before - S4-E12
Continuity mistake: When the Planet Express Ship first lands on the planet, it crashes with noticeable damage. When they try to sneakily escape while the screen play is going on (before they get the parts from the Star Trek ship), the damage is repaired.
Continuity mistake: When Fry is trapped in the Cryo-Tube we see the buildings being destroyed and rebuilt, the final city is rebuilt, Fry unfreezes and steps out of the Cryo-Tube and the buildings out the window are completely different. (00:02:30)

Continuity mistake: After Bender gobbles down the plate of nachos, the beer he spills on the front of his shirt disappears in the next shot.
Continuity mistake: When Fry (Captain Yesterday) is falling after the gem, the clock is at 10:05. When he lands and we see the clock, it's 10:35.
The Cyber House Rules - S3-E11
Continuity mistake: When Bender and Fry leave the kids' room, Bender shuts the sliding door closed. When he's calculating how much he's making, the door is open.
Continuity mistake: The way Professor Farnsworth holds Leela's jacket changes as he goes to give it to Fry and then Bender. He's holding it from the back at first, but in some shots he's holding it from the front. It changes in Bender's hands too from back to front.
The Day the Earth Stood Stupid - S3-E7
Continuity mistake: When Nibbler bites the balloon and goes flying up, you can see there's a big open space between the "cream" booth and the "soylent chow" booth. And there's no curtain partition behind the booths. When he lands, the booths are right next to each other and you see the curtain.
Continuity mistake: In the Hall of Presidents, Bill Clinton's head is above Jesse Ventura and Jimmy Carter. When he starts to hit on Leela, he's now sitting above Gerald Ford. Later he shifts again, being above Carter and Ford.
Amazon Women in the Mood - S3-E5
Continuity mistake: As Zoidberg goes to toss his old shell in the dumpster, there is a crack down the back. In a previous shot, we see the back of him for a second and there is no tear in his shell.
Answer: Yes Leela knew from early on that Fry had feelings for her. They were pretending to be a couple in 'A Flight to Remember' from season 1 and Fry tried to get on dates with Leela ever since. She just didn't show signs of the feelings maybe being mutual before some of the later episodes.
