Continuity mistake: When Mr. Feeny hands Cory the CD, Cory holds it between both hands. When the shot changes, he is holding it with only his right hand, while his left arm appears to be folded around his abdomen.
Other mistake: When Cory throws the CD out of his bedroom window, if you listen closely, you can hear the CD land in a soft terrain. However, the next day at school, Mr. Feeny pulls the CD out of his suit pocket and says that it sailed through his living room window and landed on his walnut credenza. If the CD managed to make all the way into Feeny's house, then the sound of it landing would not be audible.

Deliberate mistake: Chet comes home from his first day as school janitor brandishing a paycheck, which impresses his wife and in turn changes Shawn's mind about Chet working at the school. Being that it was Chet's first day on the job, there's no way he would already have received a paycheck. Even if it was payday, his employment would have begun on the first day of the next pay period.
Suggested correction: It's possible it was pay for training or orientation days that were before his official start date.
Continuity mistake: When Virna is standing in the doorway of the trailer, her left arm is touching the curtains near the door. When the shot changes, her arm is instantly down at her side.
Factual error: In this episode, Eric and Cory stop in Pottstown, Pennsylvania on their way back to Philadelphia. Cory protests, reasoning that stopping there is pointless because they are only three hours from home. Pottstown is roughly 40 miles from Philadelphia. It certainly wouldn't take three hours to get to one location from the other under normal driving conditions.

Continuity mistake: When Dylan is asking Topanga out, his locks of hair alternate between being by his face and behind his ear.
Revealing mistake: When Topanga emerges from the kitchen with more ice for Cory, instead of seeing the kitchen through the open doorway, you can see a wall with framed pictures, suggesting another set was there in place of the kitchen.
Truth and Consequences - S3-E7
Plot hole: In this episode, it is discovered through a scientific study that Eric does not dream, and in fact doesn't even register brain activity while he is sleeping. However, the season 2 episode "Wrong Side of the Tracks" features a subplot where Eric listens to a motivational tape while he sleeps so he can learn to ice skate, and he dreams of Nancy Kerrigan giving him a lesson.

Revealing mistake: When Cory puts the talking teddy bear that Topanga gave him in the trash compactor, the bear screams and Alan and Amy come down to investigate. Amy opens the trash compactor door and pulls out a bear crushed into a cube, but if you look closely, you can see the original bear still in the trash compactor unharmed.
The Grass is Always Greener - S3-E12
Continuity mistake: Early in the episode when Cory is talking to Shawn by their lockers, Shawn closes his locker and you can see one of the straps from his backpack sticking out on the bottom-right side of the locker. A few shots later, the strap is now sticking out on the bottom-left side. About a minute later in the scene, just before Topanga comes to talk to Cory, you can see the strap is now sticking out of the bottom-middle area.
Revealing mistake: During the montage of Eric and Frankie's game of pool, at one point Frankie hits two balls that spin towards a pocket in unison. When both balls come to a stop, you can see a dent in the green ball where a wire or other device would have been inserted to keep the balls linked together.
Continuity mistake: When Cory is asking Mr. Feeny to call his parents to pick up him and Shawn, Feeny can be seen removing the white drape from the sofa. When the shot changes, Feeny has instantly removed the drape from the chair across from the sofa as well.
Continuity mistake: When Cory and Shawn mistakenly believe Mr. Feeny opening the door to his cabin to be an axe-murderer, Cory throws his gloves at a nearby chair to grab something to defend himself with. One glove hits the floor in front of the chair, while the other lands on the chair and slowly falls off. A couple of shots later, the glove is back on the chair, while later shots show the other glove to be on the floor by the chair's right armrest.
Continuity mistake: During the first sequence of Eric and Frankie's game of pool, after Frankie's shot, the cue ball is shown slowing to a stop near the center pocket of the table opposite from where Eric is standing. A few shots later when Eric is taking his shot, the cue ball is suddenly near him.
Revealing mistake: When Amy steps into the living room and sees Reginald, you can see a plain white wall behind the door that leads into the kitchen, when you should be able to see the kitchen itself, which would suggest another set was placed there and they didn't move it for the filming of this scene.
Character mistake: After the production assistant walks away from the catering table, he walks into the area where the Matthews are being interviewed. Any production assistant would know better than to just casually walk right into the shot when a live televised interview is going on.
