The Double Lie - S3-E2

Corrected entry: In this episode, Alan says Eric was 4 in 1978. That would mean that Eric was 20 in 1994. But Eric is driving in 1993 at 16.

Correction: In this episode (s3e2) Alan says he joined the parent club in 1978, meaning that is when Eric was born, then he goes on to say his first mistake as a parent was when Eric was 4. He was not saying Eric was 4 in 1978. Eric being born in 1978 would have made him 16 at the time of the episode as he was.

Seven the Hard Way (2) - S7-E16

Corrected entry: At the end of this episode, Eric flings the door of the classroom open, runs out and picks up Rachel. He re-enters the classroom carrying her, puts her on the floor and sits on her. When the camera angle changes to a view from where the rest of the gang is sitting, the door of the classroom is shut tight, even though Eric did not close it on the way in.

Correction: The door is slowly closing shut as Eric returns to the classroom, so when after a minute the camera shows the door, this is enough time for the door to close itself.

Correction: If you notice from seasons 2-5 the room next to the phone changes from the boys' room to the girls' and to Mr. Feeny's office.

And the counsellor's office as well.

Correction: They only show the hallway from one angle. The stairs could be on the other side of the hallway.

Season 6 generally

Corrected entry: I think this is the episode were Shawn and Topanga have to kiss for the movie but when they do Cory says that their kiss had to mean something and that you can't have a kiss without it meaning anything,so how come in an earlier episode when he went to that ski lodge and kissed that girl he kept telling Topanga it didn't mean anything.

Correction: Cory is extremely upset that his best friend kissed his girl friend. Of course he isn't going to bring something up that would make it seem like he was over reacting. He doesn't bring up the kiss at the ski lounge because he doesn't want to make it seem like the kiss Shawn and Topanga shared was fine.

By Hook or By Crook - S2-E18

Corrected entry: When the boys are talking about Mr. Feneey's test being so hard Eric says each question had 11 choices. Then he asks his friend what he put for a question and he says R, and the Eric says he put V, and those are pasts the 11th letter, and later the girl is giving Eric the answers she says 4 is X, again past the 11th letter.

Correction: That doesn't necessarily matter. I've taken tests with five choices with question 2 having F,G,H,I, and J.

Show generally

Corrected entry: In the episodes when they show Topanga's dad there's a different actor every time. The first time you see her dad he has long hair, and the next few times after that he has short hair and looks completely different.

Correction: In seasons two and three it was Peter Tork, in season six it was Michael McKean and in season seven it was Mark Harelik. Occasionaly roles need to be recast and it is not a mistake that the actors are not identical.

The Fugitive - S1-E17

Corrected entry: Allan says Cory and Shawn have been best friends since Shawn taught Cory how to pick the lock on his playpen. But the flashback in "It's Not You, It's Me" shows Shawn and Cory meeting for the first time at the zoo, aged around 6 or 7.

Correction: He was saying that to imply that Cory and Shawn have been best friends forever, it was not meant to be take literally.

Show generally

Corrected entry: In season 1 when the camera zooms in on Cory and Eric's room, their window is shown on the front of the house. In other episodes Shawn has climbed through the window a number of times. He has done this from the tree house, but the tree house is on the side of the house by Feeny's yard.

Conine

Correction: Their room is in the corner of the house. There easily could have been a window on the front and the side.

Correction: Amy says that the door between Morgan's room and the bathroom is locked, so presumably, it is through this door and out Morgan's bedroom that Shawn leaves. There is a door there when we see the bathroom later.

Class Pre-Union - S1-E9

Corrected entry: The sign at the class reunion says "Welcome Back, Class of 2000," but the characters actually graduated from high school in a 1998 episode.

Correction: In reality, if you do the math, they should have graduated in 2000 as shown in the episode. Since it was a series, they combined a few grades into a season, like season 2 had them in 7th and 8th grade. Technically, 2000 is correct.

The B-Team of Life - S1-E14

Corrected entry: When Cory is telling the family about his game, he says he grabbed the rebound, and the opposing team fouled him. Then he made the free throw and won the game. In logic, no team would give another team a free throw, rather than making someone shoot a final shot.

Correction: It says that no real team would foul anyone, but Cory didn't even play in the game. He was making up the entire story, so even if it isn't logical, he may have not thought it through.

Correction: Character mistake.

Correction: There's nothing to suggest that it's the same pig. In my family, we've had three different generations of cats that all had the same name. The new pig could actually be Little Cory II, but most people wouldn't bother saying "the second." The Simpsons have had two cats, both named Snowball.

Knever

Correction: How is this a mistake, many guest stars in shows are never seen again. Maybe she moved out. Just because she isn't in any more story-lines doesn't mean she isn't around.

But in the later season when Topanga and her mom are talking about her and her father divorcing the mother implies that Topanga is their only child.

Correction: This isn't a mistake. In almost every tv show they use the same room for something different.

The Happiest Show On Earth - S3-E21

Corrected entry: When Corey and Shawn sleep in a Splash Mountain log (impossible anyway) and they go over the drop, they seem surprised as if the ride just started. In reality there is about a 10-minute journey past show scenes before the "big drop"

Correction: It's possible that they didn't notice the ride started. I've been on that ride and it isn't very wild till the end.

Hair Today, Goon Tomorrow - S4-E2

Corrected entry: When Cory tries to regain the curls in his hair by putting rollers in it after the straightener ruined it, it turns into a huge Don King-like afro afterward. How in the world did Cory's hair get that long when all he had from the get-go was short curly hair?

Correction: It's a joke.

Correction: They did, but if you watch the episode A Long Walk to Pittsburg, Cory states that he and Tapanga were friends until Eric started making fun of him for being friends or "loving" her. Thats were the ridiculing began.

Correction: His name IS Leslie, but he most likely had it changed years later because it would be emberassing to be a Pro Wrestler named "Leslie"...

What I Meant To Say - S3-E3

Mr. Williams: I'm here to teach you to find the truth in the media. Because there is a difference between what they say, and what is real.
Mr. Turner: That was very good. Watch this: Hunter, what did he just say?
Shawn: Something about Israel.

Brave New World (2) - S7-E23

Trivia: In the episode when Cory and Topanga are walking through the marriage dorms for the first time, a little boy walks through the hall and says "I see dead people". And in the very last episode the same boy plays Cory's little brother, Joshy.

Boys II Mensa - S1-E6

Question: When Mr. Feeny is talking to Cory in the cafeteria about his score on the IQ test, Feeny is shown purchasing a coffee from the vending machine. Are there actual elementary schools in the United States with coffee vending machines where prepubescent students have the ability to purchase a beverage more suited for younger adults and older? This isn't the faculty cafeteria mind you, because it's the same cafeteria the students are shown occupying throughout the first season. Seems a little irresponsible on the school's part to give students access to coffee.

Phaneron

Chosen answer: In the present day, with the United States abiding by more stricter school health laws, for the most part this wouldn't be in school cafeterias as many cannot even have carbonated beverage machines now. However, in the 90s when the show takes place, it wasn't unheard of for there to be coffee machines in the cafeteria of small schools where the teachers eat with the students as we see them do often in the show. The idea being that the cafeteria was small enough so a teacher or hall monitor could catch a student before they could drink the coffee.
