I Never Met the Dead Man - S1-E2

Continuity mistake: At the stop light, Meg starts racing a guy on a horse drawn carriage. When they leave the light, they are going down a road by a cliff side, and suddenly there are no lines in the road from the side angle. When it cuts to the carriage's wheel coming off, suddenly there is a dotted yellow line in the road by it. (00:03:17)

I Never Met the Dead Man - S1-E2

Continuity mistake: When Peter comes back into the room after the TV comes on and is wanting to take the family to the folk festival, he stands at the end of the couch with his back to the window. You can see their front door off to the side behind him but not close enough. When it cuts to a different angle, suddenly the door is right behind him, then the window again when it cuts back. Chitty Chitty Death Bang - S1-E3

Continuity mistake: When Stewie comes in when the Griffin family is talking about Cheesy Charlies, his head and body are way out of proportion. He is right next to the rug where the family is sitting, yet he is about twice his usual size. (00:01:50)

When You Wish Upon a Weinstein - S3-E22

Peter Griffin: You better watch who you're calling a child Lois. Because if I'm a child then you know what that makes you? A paedophile, and I'll be damned if I'm gonna stand here and be lectured by a pervert.

Business Guy - S8-E9

Question: In the episode, Peter threatens to fire Lois, and she responds with "you wouldn't" and Peter then replies with "Oh really, does the name Lacey Chabert mean anything to you?" which in turn makes Lois go wide eyed and reply with "OK, I'll behave" and Peter then goes on to add "Yes you will" Can anyone explain this joke if it is a joke to comprehend?

Answer: Lacey Chabert was the actress who originally voiced Meg in early episodes. She left of her own accord due to being in school and other acting work; Seth MacFarlane has stated there was no tension with her leaving, but it makes for a handy joke for the show.
