In following shots the powder on the desk changes position and vanishes. In addition the compact case also moves too, and when Karen dropped it onto the table it snapped shut but in a following shot it is open again. (00:50:00)

Continuity mistake: The amount of Grace's pizza left in the opening changes through shots. The bites taken from it change, and between shots she goes from having half a pizza, to just a crust which she throws into the box. (00:42:10)
Chosen answer: I'm not from New York so I can't speak for them, but in Chicago it has happened before. not very often though but I do recall it happening. I have also seen no tickets sold prior to the show at all, it was just first come first served the night of the show. That is very uncommon though.
