Visible crew/equipment: Mason asks about forensic reports from the safe house. When he does, a camera is seen behind him. (00:03:25)
Visible crew/equipment: When we see the safe house from in the tree after the guard has been killed you can see the camera shadow on all the branches. It can't be a normal branch shadow we see as the shadow's edge is perfectly straight. (00:18:15)
Visible crew/equipment: Just after Kevin is executed, you see the assassin walk off to screen left. However you see movement in the rear view mirror of the car on the far right hand side of the screen, evidently a crew member since everyone has been killed. (00:27:15)

Visible crew/equipment: When Jack arrives in the storm drain he opens the limo door and filming equipment is reflected in the window. Can't be anything else as there is nothing by the limo. (00:11:50)
Visible crew/equipment: Teri attacks Rick - the camera pans behind a pillar and the camera shadow can be seen on it. (00:20:35)
Visible crew/equipment: When we see Nina at the start (in the split screens) watch the bottom window and you will see a panning shot that swaps from her left side to her right. In this shot you can see the camera shadow across her back. (00:01:50)
Visible crew/equipment: When David is talking to his daughter, just after the remark about there being nothing to worry about, a camera moves into shot on the right hand side of the screen. (00:08:50)
Visible crew/equipment: As Kim runs over to her friend at the end, a camera shadow can be seen on her arm. (00:41:00)
