11:00 A.M.-12:00 Noon - S1-E12
Continuity mistake: In the shot near the end where you see Jack's family running away from the van, Kim is wearing sneakers. But until now, making abstraction of the other continuity error a few episodes earlier, she was wearing sandals. It can be seen in another scene afterward. (00:39:40)
11:00 A.M.-12:00 Noon - S1-E12
Visible crew/equipment: When Alberta is in holding room 2 with Tony, there is a camera visible to the left of the screen, behind Alberta. You can see it three times during their conversation. (00:21:50)
11:00 A.M.-12:00 Noon - S1-E12
Character mistake: Eli asks Rick, "Who was that guy I talked to? It was her father, wasn't it?" In the previous episode, Jack says, "I'm the last thing you will ever see if anything happens to my wife or my daughter." You'd think Eli would have registered what Jack said.
11:00 A.M.-12:00 Noon - S1-E12
Continuity mistake: Mike Novick and Senator Palmer are outside the car at Dr Ferragamo's office building when his office explodes. As they get back in the car, you can see over the shoulder of whichever gets into the rear, passenger-side. There is no one in the driver's seat, but when Palmer says, "Let's go," the car moves off immediately. (00:30:25)
11:00 A.M.-12:00 Noon - S1-E12
Continuity mistake: When fleeing from the compound, Kim wears running shoes instead of the wedge sandals (or the flats she wore when Teri was raped).
11:00 A.M.-12:00 Noon - S1-E12
Visible crew/equipment: When David tells his associate that he spoke to the therapist, there is a white stage light reflected in the associate's glasses. (00:10:20)
11:00 A.M.-12:00 Noon - S1-E12
Continuity mistake: Jack spits in Kevin's face to clear some of the blood. Between camera angles his face gets a lot cleaner instantly. (00:07:50)
11:00 A.M.-12:00 Noon - S1-E12
Character mistake: When Jack mentions the siege at Waco, he implies that the ATF's raid failed because an agent on-site screwed up. Their plan had actually been shot before the assault team even reached the compound; a reporter inadvertently compromised their advantage of surprise when he got lost and asked David Koresh's brother-in-law for directions, providing the Branch Davidians ample time to arm themselves in anticipation of self-defense.
