My motherboard, my self - S4-E8
Factual error: A motherboard crash would not result in Carrie's losing all of the files on her hard drive. The hard drive can be removed and placed into a peripheral, which can then be accessed by plugging it into a new computer.

Continuity mistake: When Charlotte and Trey are in bed together, Trey suddenly sits up and is about two feet away from Charlotte as he says, 'Darling, I'm juicy now.' But in the very next shot, Trey is suddenly leaning back down and much closer to Charlotte, only inches from her face. No time has passed in between these two shots. (00:03:15)
Continuity mistake: When Charlotte walks into the bathroom and sees Bunny talking to Trey in the bath, his bathwater is clear. When the shot goes to a close up of Trey, there is a layer of white bubbles on the water. (00:21:25)
Continuity mistake: When Carrie is holding the pie pan, she is startled by the squirrel on the window and drops the hot pan, burning her legs. She is facing forward directly towards the pie pan, and as it falls it could only have burned the front and possibly a little of the sides of her legs. But later when she is sitting on the kitchen table, Aiden takes some ice from the iced tea pitcher and puts it in both of his hands. He then asks her where she was burned, and proceeds to gently rub the ice on the back of both of her legs, not the front or sides where she was burned. He is only rubbing the back of her calves, below the knees. (00:25:00 - 00:25:45)
Plot hole: When Carrie is sitting on the kitchen table after Aiden ices her legs, they begin to kiss. As they lean back over the table; Carrie stretches her legs out and wraps them around Aiden, rubbing them against him several times. She has just been painfully burned on her legs, but suddenly has no problem rubbing the burned areas against his waist without any pain, problems or hesitation. She is acting as if she was never burned; but the skin would have still been tender, and it would have hurt to brush it against Aiden in that manner. (00:26:45)
Answer: I'm a long-time fan of the show, having re-watched it many times, and I definitely remember slightly different dialogue at the end of that episode than what's on my DVD. I'm afraid I have no idea why this change might have been made or any other info, but you're not insane.
