Continuity mistake: When Anya is confronting Dawn about Xander's disappearance and the demon boy leaves, he walks past Dawn and her attention is on Anya but in the next shot you see him walking away from behind and his sleeve is still in the shot as Dawn turns back to Anya.
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Anya is going over her wedding vows with Tara, she steps down from her dressing platform. As she steps down, part of the camera can be seen on the far left of the screen, obstructing the shot.
Continuity mistake: In the basement, immediately after Buffy pulls her hand out of the demon's chest, her fist is completely dry. Two shots later, it is covered in gooey demon fluid. (00:40:35)
Continuity mistake: After Buffy decides not to take the antidote to the demon's venom, we cut to a scene at the mental institution. She says she wants to go home with her mum and dad. As she says this her dad puts his hand on Joyce's left arm. In the following shot, Joyce suddenly has her right hand on top of his when it wasn't in the previous shot.
Factual error: After Buffy drags Xander down to the basement she locks the door and goes upstairs to find Dawn. When she locks the basement door, the handle is on the left side of the door and she turns the key to the right. In reality, a door with the handle on the left needs the key to be turned to the left to lock it. So Buffy did in fact unlock the door, not lock it.
Revealing mistake: Right at the beginning of the episode just before we see Warren squirt Jonathan with water, we see Buffy on one of their security cameras. The footage of her is pre-recorded as the progress bar for QuickTime Media Player is visible at the bottom of the screen. The window was moved down to hide this fact, but not far down enough to hide it completely.
Continuity mistake: After Buffy decides not to take the antidote to the demon's venom, we cut to a scene at the mental institution. The doctor talks to her about ridding her mind of the things that support her "hallucinations". As he talks to her about this, the position of his hands change from pressed together in front of him to in his pockets between shots.
Revealing mistake: At the start of the episode where Warren, Jonathan and Andrew are on quad bikes chasing two vampires, a shot of the two vampires running towards the camera is used twice.
Seeing Red - S6-E19
Continuity mistake: Shortly after Spike tries to rape Buffy, he returns to his crypt and drinks a glass of vodka. Clem then arrives to watch television with him. During Spike and Clem's conversation, the position of the bottle of vodka constantly changes between shots.
Seeing Red - S6-E19
Continuity mistake: When Buffy is fighting Warren at the end, there are several shots when it's clear that it's a stuntman playing Warren. The stuntman is taller and slimmer than Adam Busch, and the shape of his face is different, as is his hair in the front.
Seeing Red - S6-E19
Continuity mistake: When Tara got shot, the blood on Willows shirt was spread out, but in the next shot, there were big clumps of blood.
Seeing Red - S6-E19
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the episode, Buffy is running from the large saws and jumps out the door, she sits up and you can see the book is fully intact and in one piece. After the opening credits Tara picks up the same book and it falls apart from being cut in half.
Seeing Red - S6-E19
Visible crew/equipment: When Buffy says, "Goodnight, bitch" to Warren, right before she kicks him it is quite obvious that it is his stunt double.
Seeing Red - S6-E19
Other mistake: At the Bronze, when Warren punches Xander the first time, Warren never actually punches him, and Xander starts to go up in the air before you even hear the sound of the punch.
Revealing mistake: As Willow walks through the forest pursuing Warren, just after we first see Warren running, there's a shot of Willow walking into a bit of a clearing. Her shadow crosses a tree on the right (could be caused by the moon), but then a couple of seconds later another shadow is visible on a tree to the left - obviously an artificially lit forest. (00:33:15)
Visible crew/equipment: Season 6, Episode 'Villains,' when Willow is chasing Warren through the forest, trees move out of her way to let her pass. When the trees behind her move back into place, in one shot you can see the rope they used to tug one of the trees down.
Answer: She has superpowers, ergo fast movement. The reason she outruns him so easily in "Touched" is that she stops trying to actually fight him and just dodges instead.
