School Hard - S2-E3
Continuity mistake: When Buffy's fighting Spike at the end of the episode, there are times when it's obvious that it's James Marsters' stunt double. Spike's hair is platinum blonde, slicked back, and all one length in the back, while the stunt double's hair is more brassy, spiked in the front, and layered in the back.
School Hard - S2-E3
Continuity mistake: When Cordelia comes up to Buffy talking about how "even slaves get minimum wage", in pretty much every shot her arms switch from being at her sides to crossed in front of her, held behind her or on her hips.
School Hard - S2-E3
Other mistake: As Spike is walking down the hall, you can see a reflection of his head on a locker to his left.
School Hard - S2-E3
Continuity mistake: When Buffy and Willow are studying at the Bronze, the position of Buffy's pencil changes between shots after they leave their table to go dance. Nobody else goes to their table between these shots.
School Hard - S2-E3
Revealing mistake: When Spike is talking to the Anointed One for the first time, one of the henchmen tries to rush him from behind and Spike backhands him without even looking, but Spike's hand movements, the reaction of the henchman and the sound of the punch connecting on the audio track are all out of sync.
School Hard - S2-E3
Plot hole: When Buffy and Sheila are walking out of school after the meeting with Snyder, Xander runs up to talk to them. He mentions during this scene how Buffy will be helping out at the Parent-Teacher Night, but he shouldn't know this - Buffy only just found out about it in the meeting with Snyder.
Plot hole: When Ampata is first released from her imprisonment, why didn't she break the seal then? She knew the only way to re-mummify her was to put the seal back together, so why not shatter it completely instead of leaving it in large fragments? (00:08:40)
Continuity mistake: Ampata tells Buffy she has no lipstick, but earlier that episode we saw her using lipstick, in the high school bathroom right before the bodyguard attacked her. (00:24:20 - 00:25:40)
Audio problem: When Xander, Willow and Ampata meet up at The Bronze, the song the band is playing is at the point of a guitar solo. If you watch Oz (who has already been established as 'lead guitarist') on stage in the background; he's blatantly NOT playing that solo. The hand movements don't match up.
Continuity mistake: When Buffy opened the trunk for the first time, the corpse of the real Ampata is lying with its head to the right of the trunk. When she opens it the second time, the corpse is lying with its head on the other side.
Visible crew/equipment: When Ampata agrees to go to the dance with Xander and they walk off down the hall, a shoe can be seen in the bottom right of the screen within the last few frames stepping into shot.
Reptile Boy - S2-E5
Continuity mistake: When Buffy is at the party, we see that she is wearing black shoes with a high heel. But when she is fighting Machida, the heels are considerably lower.
Continuity mistake: Willow is turned into a ghost. Throughout the entire episode, she can't touch anything (can't turn the pages of a book, etc.), yet towards the end when she and Giles go to Ethan's shop, and she leaves, you can hear that she opened and closed the door, even though she can walk through walls and can't actually touch the door. The curtain moves when she leaves too. (00:34:05)
Plot hole: Giles tells Willow to leave him while he extracts information from Ethan on how to break the costume spell. By the time Giles smashes the statue Willow has already found the others, who had left the house where she thought they were and are hiding in a completely different area of the town. No matter how long it took Giles to beat the information out of Ethan, there is no way Willow could have gotten back to the house, realised they were gone and tracked them down before the spell was broken. As a ghost, it is possible she could have happened across them even though they were hiding, but seems unlikely.
Answer: She has superpowers, ergo fast movement. The reason she outruns him so easily in "Touched" is that she stops trying to actually fight him and just dodges instead.
