Visible crew/equipment: Backstage before the dog play, after Betty Jo says, "I wish Mr. Kroger had never left him that $200," their dog, Dog, barks and enters. Three things occur in this shot: we see the shadows of the camera/mic move across the floor, a chalk mark becomes visible on the floor (where Billie Jo will soon stand), and we hear someone say, "Higgins," which is Dog's real name.
Visible crew/equipment: While Betty Jo runs through the final scene of the dog play so they can let the audience in, she instructs Mignon and says, "You're trapped. There are walls all around you. There's no way to escape," followed by a closeup of Mignon. Then, in the next wide shot, there are two chalk T-marks on the floor (it's not for the dog play), one where Linda Henning stands and one where she will stand in a moment.
Better Never Than Late - S3-E16
Visible crew/equipment: While Kate and the family are seated on the Cannonball headed to Pixley, after Charley tells Floyd to look at the pressure gauge (because he forgot to load the tender), when it cuts back to Kate we can see a crew member (animal trainer likely) making hand gestures, at the right side of the screen.
Jury at the Shady Rest - S3-E22
Visible crew/equipment: When Kate prepares the baby bottle, she then enters the Shady Rest through the front door. Just as she leans over to take the baby from Uncle Joe, the boom pole/mic casts a moving shadow on the curtains at the right side of the screen.
Visible crew/equipment: When Uncle Joe shows up at the delivery entrance to the Pixley Hotel, the shadow of the boom mic swings into view at the left side of the screen.
