Dio the Invader - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: George Joestar thanks the man who he believes to be his saviour; he's gripping his right hand, and asks his name. In the next shot, Dario Brando's own left hand is the only hand gripping his right. (00:01:35)

Dio the Invader - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: When JoJo is eating the steak the first time, in close-up the juices have overflown the plate, but in the next shot there's no such mess on the tablecloth. Moreover, you can see him cut the last piece in half, and then pick it up whole. (00:02:50)

Dio the Invader - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: Dio challenges some hoodlum at the game that men of dubious virtue would play in the London slums at the turn of the century; chess. He reaches over to grab the coins the guy tossed at him, but when the sore loser smashes his face in the grub, the dish is suddenly directly in front of him and the chessboard disappeared. (00:03:10)

Dio the Invader - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: JoJo has been unjustly ostracized by his pastel-wearing friends. Erina witnesses his commiseration behind a tree; in close-up she is holding the basket with her right hand on the handle, but it's not that way in the wider view. (00:13:50)

Dio the Invader - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: Dio gets in front of Erina Pendleton that is heading back home. She spots him and her left-hand drops, but she again holds it high in front of her mouth in the next shot. (00:15:10)

Dio the Invader - S1-E1

Factual error: Dario Brando dies in 1880 (date on the gravestone) but when he was screaming at his son from his bed, Dio was reading "The Rise of Silas Lapham", which while being appropriate for his character, would be published only 5 years laters (started serialization in 1884).

Kako kara no tegami - S1-E2

Continuity mistake: Dio is gloating thinking that JoJo probably got himself killed in Ogre Street already. A crowd of disreputable individuals zombie-walks towards him; one of the guys in front has some sort of scythe that he holds in opposite directions when we switch to the reverse angle. (00:15:55)

Kako kara no tegami - S1-E2

Other mistake: The first victim of the mask in the series falls back against crates that must be made of dry leaves, since all it takes is for the body to lean against them to utterly shatter them. (00:18:55)

Dio to no seishun - S1-E3

Other mistake: During the fight, Dio seems to have the upper hand a first time when he bends JoJo's spear. In a Batman-like manoeuvre, Jojo disappears when Dio is facing the other way to finish his speech, but the weird part is that all the corpses are suddenly gone too.

Dio to no seishun - S1-E3

Continuity mistake: The window frame is broken in different points throughout the episode. For instance, when Dio pops open the head of the constable, he lands on the frame completely devoid of any sharp part, while a moment before it had two wooden pieces sticking out.

Hamon shissô ôbâdoraibu - S1-E4

Character mistake: When Zeppeli drills a hole in the wine bottle, the wine is called "Mezzennotti Topo", which is grammatically incorrect Italian (it would mean a nonsensical "Midnights Mouse", but it's spelled wrong anyway). (00:15:55)

Hamon shissô ôbâdoraibu - S1-E4

Continuity mistake: When Jack the Ripper escapes from the encounter with Zeppeli, Zeppeli is standing with the wine bottle intact, despite being broken at the bottom during the previous onslaught. In close-up as he pours for JoJo it's broken again. (00:19:05)

Kako kara no tegami - S1-E2

Trivia: Dio in this episode drinks Cronenberg Whisky, just like in the manga. The fictional brand is most likely a homage to the director David Cronenberg, especially given the bit of 'body horror' appearing in this arc.
