Doll on Doll - S2-E5
Continuity mistake: When Meg is trying to recall the names of the brothers, she says, "Chandler and Ram?" As she says this, Tiffany's right hand goes from on her wineglass to on her knee between cuts.
Continuity mistake: When the "butler" says "Holy shit, I got it, you're Ralphie from 'The Sopranos'!", Joe's mouth goes from being closed to open-mouth grinning between shots.
Factual error: Glen and Glenda's license plate reads "THEYTHEM," which is 8 characters. But California license plates have a 7-character limit.
Continuity mistake: When Nadine falls onto the statue and dies, the blood spatter on the statue's face is somewhat different the second time we see it. Some areas have more blood, some areas have less.
Factual error: The fly Good Chucky kills bleeds red blood. Fly blood is usually clearish with a yellow and green tint. Not opaque red.
Continuity mistake: When Glenda points the gun at Kyle, their left hand goes from holding their right wrist to holding their right hand between cuts.
Revealing mistake: When Kyle puts her glasses and prosthetic ear back on, when she turns and looks at Nica, you can ever-so-slightly see the prosthetic ear sticking in her hair since it's just an effect and wouldn't actually go back into place like a real prosthetic. You see it on and off throughout the rest of the scene, and briefly at one point can even see that it's being pushed out by her real ear.
Other mistake: When Kyle takes off her prosthetic ear and shows it to Nica, you can see the side of her real ear out of focus behind the glasses and prosthetic in the second shot.
Continuity mistake: When Devon and Lexy bring Andy into the school, Father Bryce is talking to Sister Catherine about how he's not sure bringing someone he doesn't know into the church is a good idea. The direction Devon is facing changes between shots at one point.
Visible crew/equipment: When Father Bryce is locking the students in their rooms near the beginning, when he locks Trevor's friend's door, there's a close-up of the door handle. If you look closely, you can see the reflection of the camera with a black covering draped over it.
Continuity mistake: When Sister Ruth is cleaning Buff Chucky's feet at the start of the episode, she instantly goes from cleaning his left foot to his right foot as he says "You sure do".
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the episode, when Andy demands to know where Chucky is, he grabs the chest area of Devon's shirt. When it cuts, he's suddenly holding his arm.
Doll on Doll - S2-E5
Continuity mistake: When Good Chucky is staring at the mirror contemplating his existence and says, "That means I could hurt you, too," his hands go from in front of his chest to up near his face between cuts.
Doll on Doll - S2-E5
Continuity mistake: When Glen, Meg, and Tiffany are sitting together, Tiffany goes from holding her glass with her left hand to her right hand between cuts.
Doll on Doll - S2-E5
Continuity mistake: When Father Bryce finds Devon pulling the knife out of Buff Chucky, the direction Devon is holding the knife changes between cuts.
Doll on Doll - S2-E5
Other mistake: When Chucky leans over and vomits at the start of the episode, you can hear a vomiting sound effect, but at the bottom of frame, Chucky's mouth dips into view a few times and you can see there's no vomit coming out.
Doll on Doll - S2-E5
Continuity mistake: When Good Chucky throws the knife into Buff Chucky's chest, the chest wound and the blood around it change between cuts.
Doll on Doll - S2-E5
Continuity mistake: When Buffy Chucky gets pinned to the wall by knives, in the first shot his hands are pointed outwards. In every other shot they're angled slightly upwards.
Doll on Doll - S2-E5
Continuity mistake: When Good Chucky says "I am Good Chucky!", outside the door Jake repeats "Good Chucky." Jake's hand goes from off, to on, to off the door between cuts.
Doll on Doll - S2-E5
Continuity mistake: When Buff Chucky says "And THESE are for YOU and your good buddy, Jake", his hand goes from touching the knives to hovering an inch or two over them between cuts.
Answer: They were blamed for the death of Jake's foster brother, which was deemed a terrible accident, and they were sent to the reform school as a punishment. Presumably, when they had to leave the reform school given what happened, they were instead given community service as punishment.
