Episode #1.20 - S1-E20

Plot hole: At the end of the previous episode, Ms. Haman is shot by a Japanese soldier. The shot is severe enough to make her collapse to the ground and fall unconscious. But in this episode, she appears perfectly fine without any sign of being shot, and without any injury in sight. (00:07:30)

Episode #1.20 - S1-E20

Plot hole: After Ae-sin shoots Wan-ik and flees, Hina shoots Dr. Matsuyama with a six-shooter and plants the gun in his hand to make it appear as if he shot both Wan-ik and himself in a murder-suicide. However, Ae-sin shot Wan-ik with a rifle, meaning the bullets that were used to shoot Wan-ik and the bullet that was used to shoot the doctor were completely different bullets; the authorities would realise this when an autopsy on the two is performed. Episode #1.20 - S1-E20

Plot hole: When Takashi is rescued by the other soldiers, he finds a piece of red fabric on him. He then has a flashback to the scene where that same piece of red fabric fell from Hong-pa's body whilst she was hanging beneath the tunnel and realises they are both the same piece. However, when this scene played out earlier, Takashi did not see this happen. He was on top of the bridge and was being held at gunpoint by Eugene, so he couldn't have seen the piece of fabric fall from her body. (00:46:10)

Episode #1.15 - S1-E15

Factual error: Joseph is given an American military funeral. The coffin, when placed in the ground, is shown with an American flag placed on top of it. Eugene sprinkles some soil over the coffin (with the flag on top of it), however burial flags are always removed prior to the actual burial, folded and then handed to the next of kin, so the soil he sprinkled would not be included in the actual burial.
