Other mistake: Dong-mae grabs a sword and slits the throat of a Japanese man, which causes blood to get splattered over both the left and right side of his face, as well as his neck and his chest. This would not be possible for multiple reasons. One, the slit was relatively small, so there wouldn't have been that much blood. Two, Dong-mae was standing too far away from him for the blood to travel that far. Three, Dong-mae had his head turned away from the man when he slit his throat. (00:43:19)
Mr. Sunshine (2018)
1 other mistake in Episode #1.12 - chronological order
Starring: Kim Tae-ri, Lee Byung-Hun, Yo-Han Byun, Yoo Yeon-Seok
Factual error: When Eugene is searching through the drawers for the list of Joseon mobs, a book with Yogi Berra listed on the spine can be seen on top of the drawers. Yogi Berra didn't begin his baseball career until 1946, and he wasn't even born until 1925, over 20 years after this episode takes place. (00:18:40)
Trivia: Daily Mail journalist Frederick McKenzie takes a photo of the Righteous Army, which is stated to be the only existing photo of Korea's freedom fighters. This photo is a direct recreation of a real-life photo of the Righteous Army, taken by Frederick McKenzie (who was a real-life war journalist) and is to date, the only existing photo of Korea's freedom fighters.
