Continuity mistake: When Reese is interviewing Mitch's accuser, she takes her earpiece out and you can see it on her shoulder. The white earpiece then disappears and reappears when she has the encounter with Jen after The Interview.
No One's Gonna Harm You, Not While I'm Around - S1-E5
Other mistake: When Mitch is getting escorted out of the building, he gets in an elevator. Just as the elevator doors begin to close, Bradley Jackson jumps in the elevator to have a conversation with Mitch. As she does, the elevator doors continue to close, even though she has jumped right in front of them while they are closing. Elevator doors have a safety sensor, and the safety sensor would have been triggered by Bradley jumping in the elevator as the doors are closing, and the doors would have reopened.
Character mistake: After the Iowa caucus Laura tells Bradley not to worry because "there will be 49 more of these things" That is not true. Washington D.C. and various other U.S territories hold primaries as well. After Iowa there would be 54 primaries left.
Continuity mistake: When Bradley and Laura are sitting on the couch in Laura's Las Vegas hotel room, the view behind them changes from the Eiffel Tower view to a hotel view. (00:42:27)
Factual error: An email address is shown on a cellphone: Ken @ Vanity Fair. Email names cannot have spaces in them. (00:12:10)
