Suggested correction: Not really a mistake, just a character choice. Grant Show wasn't married at the time, so it's not his wedding band we see, it's just a ring.
Continuity mistake: The rooms Amanda and Billy fool around in are different between the scenes. Earlier they are at Amanda's apartment, with the bed across from a window. Later when she brings Billy breakfast the next morning, the bed is different and there's a wall where the window was previously.

Factual error: Alison is in her office in Hong Kong and takes a telephone call from Brooke, calling from D&D in Los Angeles. It is daylight outside Alison's window and the office is busy around Brooke. There is a 15-hour time difference between Hong Kong and Los Angeles; it is not possible to have normal business hours in both locations at the same time. (00:14:00)
Other mistake: After Brooke blackmails Amanda for the position of company vice president (over Amanda's affairs) Amanda gives in and calls a short conference with Alison, Brooke, and Billy, and openly demotes Alison to 'assistant'. Which is impossible, considering Alison is the company vice-president. And only a higher ranking head could call such a shot, while Amanda is an accounts executive with no such power or authority to overthrow anyone above her.

Revealing mistake: When Jane punches Jo at the doorstep, the pool appears just a few yards distance behind Jo, when in previous episodes the pool is located in the center court, at least 100 feet from all doorsteps.
Revealing mistake: As Amanda drives along the darkened highway coast, leaving a voicemail from her car phone, the scenery behind her is pitch black. Then she hangs up and suddenly a second vehicle driven by Bobby appears a distance behind her. (00:22:25)
Visible crew/equipment: As Peter is talking with Amanda inside the prison conference room there are shadows on the ceiling to indicate it is nighttime. You can just make out a boom camera moving a bit, followed by brief banging and a clank, disguised as prison cell doors that would be nowhere near the visitor conference room. Then as Peter moves to the center of the wall and then sits down beside Amanda, shadows from the overhead boom equipment are moving within the ceiling shadows.
Visible crew/equipment: After Jane's birth mother invites Jane to sit and talk over tea, Jane crosses to a chair while the mother sits and begins pouring. As Jane gets comfy, the sleeve of a camera person or assistant can be seen for 2 seconds as the camera moves slightly around the back of Jane's chair.
Better Homes and Condos - S5-E17
Visible crew/equipment: As Peter is consulting with Michael in Michael's recovery room, shadows from the boom mic are visible at the top of the privacy curtain.
Visible crew/equipment: As Peter enters Matt's apartment and begins rummaging through the dresser drawers, the shadow of the boom is quite visible on the adjacent wall, and then the tip of a boom drops twice.

Revealing mistake: Kyle is busy setting boxes of Taylor's things outside as Sydney walks up and asks what's going on. He tells her he and Taylor are separated. Then he sets out a couple of suitcases and Taylor shows up. They get into it in the doorway just as Taylor yells "Go to hell" before picking up the suitcases and suddenly the boxes are nowhere to be seen.

Revealing mistake: After Michael shows up at Kimberley's place then visits her bedside to be informed that she's very sick, the nurse asks him about any next of kin he can call, and he picks up the phone and immediately dials then says "Hello, Mrs. Shaw?" when he's never once called Kimberley's mother.
Deliberate mistake: The judge grants wheelchair bound Hilda Mars a million dollar settlement for her injuries. Then Sydney confronts her outside and wrestles her up out of the chair in which Hilda fakes a tumble down the steps. That night Hilda's attorney visits Sydney and admits he knows Hilda is a con who got away it instead of calling it out to the judge.

Continuity mistake: As Chelsea is leaving her mom's hotel room through an adjoining doorway to her own room, she pulls the door closed behind her. Continuity mistake: Jennifer's hair is suddenly a shoulder-length bob halfway into the episode when it was long and curly from the start, and in the prior scenes.
Divorce Dominican Style - S7-E1
Other mistake: After Taylor calls Michael from her truck to tell him goodbye, she then starts the engine and the camera pans to the exterior of the truck, showing a long green hose that extends into the front cab, gushing carbon monoxide, when there was no sign of the hose around the truck beforehand. And seriously doubtful that she rigged the hose herself, in her pregnant condition.
