Kiseki no fukkatsu! Yuyo no cosmo - S1-E5

Other mistake: When a wobbly Pegasus is charged by Miho's presence and is about to strike, for some reason Shun is drawn in a way that makes it look like he's carrying Shiryu (he faces the same direction) rather than holding him still. (00:19:40)

Fenikkusu! Jigoku o mita senshi - S1-E6

Other mistake: Pegasus and Dragon arrive at the arena, ringside. Close-up on Shun who looks fiercely at the source of the danger; in this shot there's a double coloring error, since he lacks the vertical stripe on the helmet, and the collar of his armor is flesh-colored. (00:15:00)

Ubawa reta! Kogane seii - S1-E7

Other mistake: The sequence when Tatsumi slaps Ikki lacks basic perspective all around; Ikki is supposed to fall on the floor, but then again, his head stands tall in front of his gut, and he's just a kid. He could reach there only standing. (00:11:00)

Ubawa reta! Kogane seii - S1-E7

Other mistake: The Black Saint that surprises Seiya materializing behind him has the breastplate fully blue instead of black and blue like the others, just in that shot in a coloring mistake. (00:19:15)

Taose! Ankoku Phoenix gundan - S1-E8

Other mistake: The Sagittar cloth fits Phoenix's body and flies to him by its own volition and power (as opposed as the manga, where they have to put the magic Cloths on like any normal armor), but with a simple flying kick Pegasus hits Ikki and strips him of the whole shabang - behaving unlike every other Cloth.

Kyoteki! Ankoku shiten oh arawaru - S1-E9

Other mistake: Shun is looking at the marks left by his brother when he was punching the tree in training 6 years before. Considering that he was around 12 (much younger if you go by the manga) at the time, one wonders how the punch marks can be well above Shun's head. (00:07:00)

Shito! Kyofu no kokushiken - S1-E11

Other mistake: As they are making their way to the designated place, Tatsumi and Saori explain the lovely place called "Murder Valley" is not on any chart, and the locals keep away from it because everything in it dies. They reach it by helidrop and surfing on glaciers. When they are there - in the middle of a wasteland that pumps out sulphur - Ikki is more precise about the spot where they need to meet; the "Shishigabana stone." Seiya and Hyoga wonder where that is, to which Shun simply says "It's a famous stone in the Amidagahara Wetlands [...], my parents took me to that location a very long time ago." It's Midagahara, and if the location is so close to a place familiar to Shun, you'd think he would at least say something. Moreover, it's clear from the rest of the series and manga that Shun is never supposed to have parents who took him hiking - even irresponsible ones who'd carry him near death pits. (00:04:20)

Shito! Kyofu no kokushiken - S1-E11

Audio problem: Hyoga butts in with "What did you say you just saw, Ikki?", but Ikki was THINKING that phrase about seeing the battle, not saying it out loud - unless he was practicing ventriloquism without an audience. (00:21:50)

Kiseki no fukkatsu! Yuyo no cosmo - S1-E5

Trivia: When Seiya falls down during the victory celebration and the three kids scream (the shot that comes before the one where Miho drops the picture) you can see briefly in the audience between the kids an easter egg appearance of Magical Princess Minky Momo, a character from a different anime.
