Continuity mistake: When She-Hulk's high school classmates are shown in the car, the woman in the back waving the pom-poms is wearing a blue outfit. When the shot changes, her outfit is now purple.
Continuity mistake: When She-Hulk's high school classmates are waving goodbye to her, you can see the woman in the front passenger seat is sitting down. When the shot changes, she is suddenly slightly standing up.
Continuity mistake: When Ogress is attacking Jennifer inside the dance club, the hair on her head and arms is black when it should be dark brown. (00:18:40)
Continuity mistake: When She-Hulk is calling Gargoyle a vertically-challenged tree stump, her dress is colored pink, when it should be black. (00:11:15 - 00:14:45)
Continuity mistake: When Ogress has She-Hulk in a bear hug while Gargoyle is saying he can restore her to her luster, the hair on Ogress' arms is the same color as her skin, when it should be a dark brown.
Continuity mistake: When Hulk reverts back to Bruce Banner in the treehouse, Banner's hair is longer than it was at the beginning of the episode. (00:00:33 - 00:09:40)
Continuity mistake: When She-Hulk is visiting Bruce in the treehouse, the holes in the floor caused by the Hulk's feet are no longer there. (00:08:49 - 00:09:53)
Continuity mistake: When She-Hulk is telling her parents that Bruce will help her, we see the Hulk sitting in the treehouse with his left leg sticking through the floor, and his left arm near the doorway. When the shot changes to inside the treehouse, his left leg is perched on the floor, and he is several feet away from the doorway. (00:08:49)
Continuity mistake: When She-Hulk's parents come to console her, they are standing to her right, with her father standing to the mother's right. When the shot changes, they are both standing directly in front of her, and her father is on now on her mother's left. (00:08:35)
Continuity mistake: When Gargoyle is looking at She-Hulk's car through a pair of binoculars, he is looking at it from a slightly perpendicular angle. When the shot changes, he is suddenly looking directly at her rear license plate, which would not only be impossible from the angle where he was standing, but even if he did move, the car parked directly behind hers would not allow him to see her license plate from a straight angle. (00:07:46)
Continuity mistake: When She-Hulk first takes the invitation to her school reunion out of its envelope, the invitation is folded in half. When Gargoyle finds the invitation a few scenes letter, the crease is no longer there. (00:00:27 - 00:06:00)
Continuity mistake: When Hulk is sitting in the treehouse, the tattered gym shorts he was wearing while battling Abomination are now pristine. (00:04:32 - 00:06:19)
Continuity mistake: When Bruce Banner is attacked by Abomination, he is wearing gym shorts that go roughly midway down his thighs. After he has transformed into the Hulk, the now tattered shorts go all the way down to his knees. Hulk is much larger than Banner, so if anything the shorts should look more like a tattered speedo on the Hulk. (00:00:34 - 00:05:38)
Continuity mistake: When She-Hulk slams the trash can over Gargoyle, he is by the driver-side door near the hood of the car, and the can is taller than the door. When the shot changes, he is suddenly by the opposite end of the door, near the rear wheel, and the can is drastically shorter. When She-Hulk drives away, he is suddenly further away from the car. (00:04:13)
Continuity mistake: When She-Hulk drops Gargoyle to the ground, he ends up next to her right leg, with his head near her knee. When the shot changes to Gargoyle getting back on his feet, her leg is nowhere to be seen. (00:03:50)
Continuity mistake: When Gargoyle is driving She-Hulk's car, one shot shows the top of his head to barely be taller than the steering wheel. When the shot changes, his head is as suddenly high as the rear view mirror. (00:03:21)
Continuity mistake: When She-Hulk is reading the invitation to her high school reunion, she is holding the letter with both hands. When Bruce Banner walks into the lobby and asks her if his package has come in, she is suddenly holding the package he is asking about and is no longer holding the invitation. (00:00:25)
Answer: I believe it was mentioned in an issue of Wizard Magazine that the show was cancelled because of low ratings, and reportedly the show's creative shift in the second season had a part to play in the low ratings, as the changes alienated fans.
