The Origin of the Silver Surfer: Part 1 - S1-E1
Other mistake: When the citizens of Zenn-La are shown from the back listening to Uatu warning them of the coming of Galactus, none of them budge in the slightest.
The Origin of the Silver Surfer: Part 1 - S1-E1
Other mistake: When Galactus is saying "Norrin Radd of Zenn-La," his lips touch together when saying "La." Saying "La" requires touching your tongue to your gums behind your top row of teeth. If you were to touch your lips together while trying to say "La," it would come out as "Mmla" or "Bla."
The Origin of the Silver Surfer: Part 1 - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: When Shalla-Bal finds Norrin Radd unconscious after the temple cave-in, he is lying flat on the ground. When the shot changes, his head and shoulders are slightly elevated and resting against a piece of debris.
The Origin of the Silver Surfer: Part 1 - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: When Uatu the Watcher is speaking to the citizens of Zenn-La, some shots show the Kree emissary standing in front of the Skrull emissary, while other shots show vice-versa.
The Origin of the Silver Surfer: Part 1 - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: When Norrin Radd is placing the Kree and Skrull weapons on the rock, he is lying them down on the edge of the rock furthest from him. When the shot changes, he places them down on the edge nearest to him.
The Origin of the Silver Surfer: Part 2 - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: When the Silver Surfer lands on the platform after Galactus feeds on the planet, he is on the right side (viewer's left) of the platform. After Galactus compliments him on his service, the shot changes and he is suddenly on the opposite side of the platform.
The Origin of the Silver Surfer: Part 3 - S1-E3
Factual error: When Silver Surfer is battling Galactus just outside the Earth's orbit, Surfer is depleted of his Power Cosmic and looks to draw energy from the sun to replenish it. The sun is pretty close to the Earth's orbit, when in reality it is 93 million miles away.
The Origin of the Silver Surfer: Part 3 - S1-E3
Other mistake: When the Navy is attacking the Silver Surfer, the shot of their fighter jets tailing him is suddenly shown to be the newsfeed on a TV. Even if the jets were filming their attack, they wouldn't be live broadcasting it for everyone to see.
The Planet of Dr. Moreau - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: When the Silver Surfer first discovers he has been enslaved, his board is buried in the ground. When he breaks free of the enslavement and calls his board back to him, it is wedged in the side of a mountain.
The Planet of Dr. Moreau - S1-E4
Other mistake: When the mountain starts to collapse, the Silver Surfer and the enslaved trolls begin falling to the ground below at a rate comparable to what the falling rate on Earth would be. The Surfer is able to catch himself on a ledge and absorb his restraining collar into himself, granting him control over his powers, which he uses to prevent the trolls from falling to their deaths. With the amount of time the Surfer spent struggling to overcome his restraining collar, the trolls would have already fallen to the ground.
The Planet of Dr. Moreau - S1-E4
Audio problem: At the very beginning of the episode, the Silver Surfer emerges from a wormhole screaming "No." If you look closely as he is approaching the camera, his mouth is closed until just before he slows his approach.
Learning Curve: Part 1 - S1-E5
Continuity mistake: Mentor's ship passes by the same image of a group of Watchers twice.
Learning Curve: Part 1 - S1-E5
Continuity mistake: When the ship has made it through the plasma jump and is approaching the Universal Library, the images of the Watchers the ship passes by go from being transparent, to solid, and then back to transparent.
Learning Curve: Part 1 - S1-E5
Factual error: When Pip is blasted back by the plasma jump, he is shown to rotate his body and slow down just before Silver Surfer reaches out and grabs him. Since he is in the vacuum of space, no amount of adjusting himself would help him slow down. He would continue to float perpetually until he bumped into something with more mass than himself or entered the atmosphere of a planet.
Learning Curve: Part 2 - S1-E6
Continuity mistake: When the beacon is activated on Nebula's ship, the legs of Pip's pants are flesh-colored.
Learning Curve: Part 2 - S1-E6
Continuity mistake: When we first see Gamora, there is a green alien standing behind her with a red mark on the right side of his face. A couple of shots later, the mark is the same color as the rest of his skin.
Learning Curve: Part 2 - S1-E6
Continuity mistake: The same shot of the viral creature attempting to swallow Silver Surfer is used twice.
Innervisions - S1-E7
Continuity mistake: When Silver Surfer is heading towards the temple to turn off the Dreamweaver, Beta Ray Bill throws his hammer at his back, which knocks Silver Surfer off his board and into the ground. When Silver Surfer rises out of the hole in the ground, he does so perched upon his board, even though it should be on the ground behind him.
Innervisions - S1-E7
Audio problem: When Beta Ray Bill is saying "Leave? You want to return to reality?", his mouth isn't moving.
Innervisions - S1-E7
Other mistake: When Thanos is saying "What is that, beloved? You would prefer a closer look at the civilization we are about to obliterate? Why, of course", he is speaking with an Irish accent, which is not how his voice sounds normally.
Answer: From Wikipedia: Eight episodes were written for the second season before production was shut down. According to series creator Larry Brody, the cancellation was the result of a legal dispute between Marvel and Saban Entertainment.
