Garma Strikes - S1-E6

Continuity mistake: Garma deploys the Zeon Mobile Suits. The three Zakus descend in a different order in the various shots (the rightmost one is much closer to the ground at first, in midair it appears to be last but catching up, and then it changes again next). (00:14:00)

Garma Strikes - S1-E6

Continuity mistake: When Garma visits Char that is taking a shower, he has a pink report in hand. In the close-up, the paper is orange, with just a very small pink label on the front cover. Returns pink when he stands up to leave. Finally, just before he actually leaves, the document is back to the orange cover, this time with a pink label bigger than the first time. (00:21:50)

Winds of War - S1-E8

Continuity mistake: White Base collides with a mountain peak, sending Amuro and Fraw Bow flying. The cargo they were wheeling crashes against the wall. Haro from the top of pile bounces down on a component horizontal on the floor. Another element is leaning against this horizontal block, and the total height is greater than Haro's circumference. But in the reverse shot that diagonal piece is suddenly much smaller and barely reaches half of Haro's height. (00:03:00)

The Threat of Zeon - S1-E12

Continuity mistake: Bright is sitting in his quarters, exhausted. Mirai enters his room, and he zips his uniform up; it is specifically shown that the zipper goes past the undershirt. When Sayla sends the alert from the bridge, Bright jumps up and answers with the tank top showing. (00:07:00)

Coming Home - S1-E13

Plot hole: The logistics of the episode don't really make sense; Amuro's home village is held by (literally) a handful of Earth soldiers cut from their main force and that spend their time getting drunk and acting as occupation force, but Zeon has a full base (again, literally, almost) next door that sends reconnaissance troops and even aircraft to check for any activity at the refugee camp. There's no reason why the undisciplined and free soldiers would stay in such a dangerous position where they could be wiped out by overwhelming forces anytime, nor why Zeon would keep a pocket of the enemy forces that they can crush with ridiculous ease.
