Continuity mistake: When the bad guys from Sweetwater county try to steal Boss' safe, you see them pushing it up a ramp into the pickup truck. But in the next shot, when Daisy calls the operator, the safe is in the corner. And when Bo and Luke go to untie Daisy, the safe is gone.
Continuity mistake: "Railway Station" (Adventure 2, Part 4): Steel's crooked bow tie straightens itself out between takes as he's confronting the soldier's ghost. (00:04:00)
Continuity mistake: During the scene in Mrs. Garrett's bedroom the flowers in the vase keep changing position.
Continuity mistake: In the opening credits, there is a fire hydrant and a red painted curb in front of the building. In the closing credits, there is no fire hydrant and the curb is not red - yet the building shown behind is still the same location as in the opening credits.
Continuity mistake: Seeing the rocket fired by the Zeon, Amuro gets on the ground. In his reaction shot to the horror of the hangar with two men entirely scorched by the explosion, he has debris on his arms, that were clean in the shot before. (00:11:30)
Continuity mistake: When Karen first moves in with Angela Jeffries (lesbian lawyer) after leaving the old ladies' ward, Angela discloses to Karen that she's a lesbian. However, a few episodes later when Karen returns from a date with Dr. Greg, Angela discloses to her again that she's a lesbian, and Karen acts all surprised and disappointed.

Continuity mistake: When Buck goes to run out of the door of the factory, it's a solid door, with a bar-type handle. When the scene shifts to the outside, the door he runs out of leads directly inside, but the door has vent slats on the lower half, and the handle is completely different.
Continuity mistake: At the Chequers meeting in early 1944, Sir Bernard Montgomery is wearing the rank insignia of a field marshal. In the later meeting with the King in which the D-Day plans are announced, he is correctly wearing that of the lower rank of general. In fact, Montgomery was promoted from general to field marshal on 1 September 1944, nearly three months after D-Day.
Continuity mistake: When Scooby and Shaggy are at the "Hotus Dogus" stand in the Coliseum, you can see that Scooby has two flags in his left hand, but after a quick close-up of Scooby, we return to him and his flags have disappeared.
