Continuity mistake: When Tatewaki gives Ranma 'permission' to date his sister, the guy behind his rising sun fan (school bag in his left hand) switches hair color from black to brown. (00:03:15)

Continuity mistake: When Akane crouches down to grab the ribbon and attempt to use it, the ribbon itself and the other items on the floor are laid out differently between shots. (00:08:15)

Continuity mistake: In the ending, when Tofu's mom asks "You must be Kasumi, right?", she is in front of Nabiki in the long shot, but correctly faces Kasumi in a closer angle. (00:20:25)

Continuity mistake: When Akane thinks "That's it! We're doomed!" as Ranma is gnawing a dishrag, she is holding her rice cup at a different from height from the previous shot. (00:14:45)

Continuity mistake: The altar brought in by Tofu's mother is a big one (Ranma comments as such), but it's much smaller when everyone prays to it a few moments later. (00:03:35)

Continuity mistake: When Kodachi gets a faceful of the door, in the shot from the side the hanger with Akane's uniform is missing. (00:23:55)

Continuity mistake: When Ranma fights the 3 butlers, there's a moment when, attacked by the one with the cane, he parries his hit with the seat of the stool that has the hole in it. On the ground you can see one of the other henchmen with the wrong livery, dressed in black like the head butler and not in the light grey they other 2 are. (00:19:10)
Akane no shitsuren datte shouganai janai - S1-E6
Continuity mistake: When Akane pulls out of the "cheaseburger" (that's what it looks like the wrapping says) from the WcDonald's bag, the schoolbag next to her is across the seat intersection In the aerial shot later when she is chugging from the straw, the bag is closer, turning at the same distance as the first time when the same camera angle as before is used. Akane no shitsuren datte shouganai janai - S1-E6
Continuity mistake: This episode and the previous do not really match well, overalapping in incoherent fashion; in the previous, Tofu was having tea with the kids and had a look at Ranma's wound, and then Akane got upset and was about to leave. In this one, Ranma and Tofu make her stay...by having tea together ("just made tea") and Tofu rips the bandage off Ranma and has a look at his wound.
Ikinari ai no arashi chotto matteyo - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: Ranma stops by the sumo dude Akane just smashed, and ponders about the craziness of the morning ritual. What follows is a wide shot of the schoolyard with a trail of bodies left behind by Akane distancing her from Ranma, one of the latest being the sumo guy Ranma just stopped by. (00:16:50)
Chûgoku kara kita aitsu! Chotto hen!! - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: When Panda Genma KOs Ranma with the street sign, the guy with the green sweater in the background is behind the blue shirted guy in the close-up, but in front of him in the wider shot. The girl next to him has her hand raised in the first, and it's down in the second. (00:03:10)
Chûgoku kara kita aitsu! Chotto hen!! - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: At the very beginning, Ranma is in an alley with his/her panda dad. She tosses aside the backpack, and they begin to fight. The fight brings them to the main street. After knocking out her dad, Ranma simply reaches on the ground and grabs the backpack she took off several meters away in a completely different street. (00:02:05 - 00:03:00)
Akane no shitsuren datte shouganai janai - S1-E6
Continuity mistake: Once she has smashed the bricks and leans against the wall, Akane's projected shadow in the close-up does not show the head, while in the wider shot with Ranma's shadow appearing, the head is very visible, at almost the same level as the hand's and close by. (00:20:00)
Asobi ja nainoyo gakkou wa - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: Kuko freaks out in class hearing that Akana is Ranma's fiancée. The clock in class points at 8:05, an impossible time (school begins at 8:30) and dissonant with the time shown by the clocktower in the shot of the rain stopping (which pointed at minute 45). (00:19:10)
Gakkou wa senjouda! Taiketsu Ryouma vs Ryouga - S1-E8
Continuity mistake: Looking in the close-up at the blackboard saying Study Hall, there's a sun doodled in the upper right corner, so close to the 'cloud' it overlaps. In the wider shot of the room, the sun's distance is far greater. (00:04:50)
Toujou! Eien no mayoigo Ryouga - S1-E7
Continuity mistake: The school clock stays at 3:40pm for all the long chat and flashback involving Ryoga after the intermission, until Ranma goes off to grab the various snacks, when it advances to 3:50. (00:12:00 - 00:16:30)
Pî pî P-chan Roku na monjanee - S1-E10
Continuity mistake: When Akane goes to sleep with the pig, it's twenty past midnight. But in the previous episode Akane's clock already struck one AM when all the events unfolded. (00:07:30)
Otome hakusho Kami wa inochinano - S1-E9
Continuity mistake: There's a 3 year difference between Kasumi and Akane, but in this episode's flashback one looks almost straight out of kindergarten and the other from high school. (00:05:50)
