Visible crew/equipment: In the scene at the hospital where the old man is on the phone with his son, there is a moving shot with Victor French. On the left side of the screen you can see the shadow of the camera on a person's shoulder.
Visible crew/equipment: Near the beginning in the scene with the film trailers, people are walking by the camera. The shadow of the camera is visible on them as they walk by.
Visible crew/equipment: When Jonathan and Mark are at the stoplight, they start moving to left screen. A piece of equipment is reflected in the rear driver's side window of their car.
Visible crew/equipment: Near the beginning as the two men are pulling up in the field with the goats, there is a black screen reflected in the window of the truck. It looks like a block to keep the sun out of the shot.

Continuity mistake: After Honest Eddy swaps cars with the old couple, there is a shot with him in the car. There is no smoke coming out of the back. Change angles, and smoke is coming out again.

Revealing mistake: The smoke from the supposedly broken vehicle is obviously not coming from the tailpipe. It is coming from the trunk.

Audio problem: At the very beginning the audio track of the outside noise at the dealership seems to have been laid wrong. It runs into the next interior shot and abruptly stops.
Plane Death - S1-E14
Deliberate mistake: When the bartender shoots the shotgun at Landon, the windows blow out the wrong way. This was likely done for the actors' safety. Also note how Landon flinches a bit off beat from the explosion.

Deliberate mistake: When the bad guy goes to smash a table onto Michael Landon notice the plate of glass in front of him, visible. The glass is there so Landon doesn't get hurt and to make the table break into pieces in front of him.
The Banker and the Bum - S1-E20
Revealing mistake: Jonathon is supposed to be invisible when the bum is talking to the limo driver but he walks past the driver and casts a blatant shadow on him.
Other mistake: When the bratty kid walks out of the garage to chastise the girl about her bike watch the lighting around her. As she walks out of the garage it's as if someone is dimming the light around her. It abruptly gets darker the further forward she walks.
