Continuity mistake: When Jessica walks from the house to the barn at the end, she is wearing knee high brown boots. By the time she reaches the barn they have been replaced with court shoes.
Continuity mistake: When Crockett tries to stop a rapist in a white Lamborghini the Lamborghini's taillights switches design during the chase.
Audio problem: When Cliff asks Rudy what's her boyfriend's name, you can hear a man off-camera saying "Bud" before Rudy answers.
Revealing mistake: When String uses Airwolf's rotor wash to blow over the pickup, when the camera is on the truck, you can see a cable pulling the truck up from the right side.
Revealing mistake: When Kyle, Elizabeth and Robin are in the truck being chased by Mr. Chiang, in all the outside shots of the truck it is very easy to see that all three of them have been replaced by doubles. (00:09:05)

But when Gisburne gallops away with her, some shots reveal that the stunt woman riding the fast-moving horse is astride it full straddle. Her skirt is blown back just enough to see a brief glimpse of the stunt rider's real leg on the horse's right, and the fake pair of legs in side-saddle position on its left. Continuity mistake: Season 19, Episode 159. When Des Taviner flips and drives the area car wildly around an industrial estate and into a gas storage facility, you can see that during the sequence the Vauxhall Vectra he is driving starts off as a Y registration, then changes for several shots to a P registration, and then finally back to a Y registration when it blows up inside the building.
Give Me Your Princess - S1-E17
Continuity mistake: Commander Keith pilots the blue lion for part of this episode since the princess is trying to learn to fly the black lion. When Keith is transported to the lion it is the black lion.
Revealing mistake: When the thief places The Blue Carbuncle in the goose's throat, it's obvious he actually doesn't put the gem in the bird's mouth. He pretends to, but then drops the gem into his other hand. This is all visible in the shot.
Continuity mistake: During the second review of the class's commercials, a pink paper airplane changes hands between Tony and Angela without being tossed or passed.
Continuity mistake: "Hostages": During the raid, the bad guys' helicopter lifts off with the hostages aboard. In the next shot, it's still on the ground. Next shot after that, it's airborne again.
Episode #1.1 - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: Episode 1 - When the commissioner kisses his wife at the beginning of the first episode, he is holding the holstered gun in his left hand and his ID in the right hand. That's in the first shot, because his daughter enters the room bringing coffee, and now the two items swapped hand. (00:05:10)

Other mistake: There is a sour bottle of wine that Jack and EZ taste in the kitchen - Jack throws the bottle in the sink and breaks it before Vicky and Mr. Bradford enter the kitchen and have a chance to taste it. There would be a strong sour smell all over the kitchen, but no-one in the room noticed any bad smell after the bottle of wine breaking.
The Hottest Guy in Town - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: It's stated in the pilot episode that Syndey married Raymond first. Yet in episode two it's said Carole married him first.
Plane Death - S1-E14
Deliberate mistake: When the bad guy goes to smash a table onto Michael Landon notice the plate of glass in front of him, visible. The glass is there so Landon doesn't get hurt and to make the table break into pieces in front of him.
Continuity mistake: See Dee is slashed across the back of her left shoulder by the killer but the wound when she is on the ground is to her front shoulder.
The White Mountains: November, 2089 AD - S1-E13
Plot hole: The main characters are being pursued by Tripods, mind controlling alien machines. My question is, if the Tripods can turn humans into 1600's puppets, complete with foxhunts, why don't they make some of said mind-controlled humans help with the pursuit?
