Ghosts of Christmas Future - S1-E4
Factual error: The Seals are in the briefing room and the speaker says their next target is "supplying the Taliban with the .50 cal armor piercing sniper rifles." Sniper rifles and rifles in and of themselves are not armor piercing, the only thing that is armor piercing is the type of ammunition that can be used in said rifles. Any high power rifle can have armor pricing ammunition made for it such as 7.62 Nato aka .308, .30-06, .338 Lapua Magnum, .50 BMG. A sniper rifle can use full metal jacket ammo too. Audio problem: One of the target's bodyguards is watching Jason and his team board a civilian plane, and he calls his boss and says "od jechal" which means he drove away. He should've said "odlecieli" which means they flew away. Also his Polish "od jechal" is heavily accented, spoken like he's speaking Arabic or something with a strong "H" accent. There's no way he's fluent in Polish. He also could've said "od frunal" which means flew away, but it's reserved for a bird or a small flying creature. (00:29:50)

Continuity mistake: Jason and his team have AKS-74U's in hand as they hit the target vehicles. Once their target escapes they start giving chase and their weapons disappear from their hands and as they're running no holster are visible with sidearms. Then once they reach the inside of a building they all have pistols in hand. Even if the sidearms were "hollywood tucked" into their pants they would've fallen out during their chase of the target. Plus military guys all use holsters. (00:33:42 - 00:35:00)
Answer: They should be wearing balaclavas. They do such operations usually on foreign soil.
