She inserts it flawlessly and states that she has placed "a 16 gauge in the AC." The catheter that she was holding has a green base, which is an 18 gauge. 16 gauge needles have a gray base. Factual error: Dr. Choi is seeing a patient. The patient is wearing a nasal cannula. Dr. Choi asks that the oxygen be upped and an oxygen mask be used. The nurse takes a mask and puts it on the patient. Right over the cannula.
