Continuity mistake: A henchman places a briefcase up-side down on a bench, opens the locks and starts to open the briefcase with the locks above the lid latches which are flipped open toward the floor. Instantly the briefcase is right-side up with the locks down and the lid latches up. (00:26:11)
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the orgy scene, Will is at the gym and when it's his turn to do a standing overhead press he prepares with the barbell pressing on his shoulders. In the following shot, when he actually pushes it up, he starts with the bar on his front instead. (00:33:40)

We Will All Be Judged by the Courage of Our Hearts - S1-E8
Revealing mistake: When Nomi is on her bike, in a wide shot, she is portrayed by a stunt woman.
Continuity mistake: When Ledo is doing his dramatic arrival in his Audi, the front and rear wheels don't match. They match in later scenes. The rear wheels were obviously swapped to allow the car to slide the rear end out as it was entering the drive way. (00:35:00)
Continuity mistake: When Wolfgang jumps behind the car during the gunfight with Steiner and his gang, he crouches and keeps his head right beside the side mirror (which should probably classify this entry as "stupidity", too, since that offers zero protection.) In the following, wider shot, he's crouching well below the mirror, but then he's suddenly back where he started in the next one.
Fear Never Fixed Anything - S2-E5
Continuity mistake: In the scene at the club towards the end, Riley's headphones keep switching position from shot to shot; most of the times they're around her neck, but they can also be seen on her head or be completely absent in a few shots. The cord also switches sides. (00:45:40)
All I Want Right Now Is One More Bullet - S2-E8
Continuity mistake: Whilst Lila is speaking with Wolfgang at the restaurant, she drinks a mouthful of wine and removes the glass from her mouth when a waiter walks up to the table. The camera then cuts to focus on Wolfgang, and Lila can be seen in the corner of the frame, with the glass suddenly back in her mouth. (00:44:58)
