Visible crew/equipment: Carl is walking along the reporters trying to get their attention. At the bottom of the screen is the shadow of the camera filming the shot. It moves as the scene moves. At one point there is even a boom mic shadow on the right. While this may be a member of the news crew, it's likely the boom mic for the show as the reporter has a mic of her own and the shadow follows Carl.
Revealing mistake: When the corpse of the old woman is laid on the bed, you can see her stomach contracting and expanding under the blanket.
Continuity mistake: The tattoo of Monica on Iam's shoulder has bobs on the back left side of his shoulder. Later in the same episode it shows the tattoo on the right side of his shoulder. (00:35:00 - 00:42:00)
Continuity mistake: The wall that Liam is building around Kev's kid changes during cuts. The most notable change involves the mud between the joints.
Face It, You're Gorgeous - S9-E6
Continuity mistake: When Antonio is showing Ian the prison layout on the table, he uses crayons. He starts with a purple crayon in his hand. He draws on the paper. When we see the drawing, it's red. The drawing changes again after that.
Continuity mistake: Lip leaves the house to go for a run after he can't find a clean coffee mug. In the sink are a lot of dirty dishes. Later in the episode Fiona comes home first and then Lip. Suddenly there are no dirty dishes. Nobody was home to do them.
Continuity mistake: When Debbie is in her room crying about Matty, Fiona comes to the door. Debbie gets up to open the door with nothing in her hands. As she returns to the bed, she's holding a pillow.

Continuity mistake: Fiona has a pack of camel cigarettes on the table as she's talking to Lip and Ian. The shot cuts to them and back to her. The pack has disappeared.

Continuity mistake: Frank's bruise on his left eye (a black eye) grows larger when he tries to get the man on the forklift's attention. Earlier in the episode the bruise is smaller. Later in the episode the bruise returns to the same size it was before.
I Only Miss Her When I'm Breathing - S6-E1
Continuity mistake: The amount of eggs on Carl's plate changes when he leaves. It changes again when Kevin picks up the plate.
Continuity mistake: The ice cream mess on Debbie's face changes during the scene at the pool. When she attempts to hit on the boy, there is more ice cream on her cheek than in the previous shots.
Continuity mistake: Near the end of the episode, Sheila leaves to go to the reservation. She gets in the car and her hair is in her mouth. We see the driver and it goes back to her. Her hair is no longer in her mouth.
Like Father, Like Daughter - S4-E3
Continuity mistake: Frank and Carl are scoping out his supposed eldest daughter. In the initial shot it is raining but in both angles of the close up shots, it is snowing. The scene ends with a wide shot and it's raining.
Continuity mistake: When the angry driver is smashing Fiona's windshield, she is desperately trying to roll her window up. In one shot she is rolling it up but it cuts to outside and the window is completely down.
Continuity mistake: At the bar, Mickey has something in his hand. It disappears and reappears in the space of three shots.
Continuity mistake: When Frank and Monica start arguing over the drugs, a train is approaching. It passes, however in one shot of Frank there is no train when we should see it.

Continuity mistake: At the bar, Lenny is in a brief shot standing with his back to the camera. His shirt moves down between cuts when Frank walks in.
Continuity mistake: When Debbie sits down on the couch with Carl and Liam, Liam is sitting on Carl's lap with Carl's left arm around him. When the camera angle changes, Liam is sitting next to Carl, and Carl's hands are in his lap. When the angle changes again, Carl's arm is once again around Liam. It changes back one more time to Liam sitting next to him before Carl gets up to answer the door.
