Continuity mistake: In the episode where Fiona is being harassed by Craig's wife, she's talking to Debbie about having a "birthday party." Debbie says her birthday is in October. In episode 4-8 when Debbie is looking at her losing virginity calendar, her birthday is marked as being in July. And fast forward to season 7 when Monica returns and gets Franny back. She says she hasn't been that happy since the summer Debbie was born, to which Debbie replies that her birthday is in December.

Continuity mistake: When Steve gives Fiona the ticket to Miami he says it is out of O'Hare. When he goes to the airport he is at Midway.

Continuity mistake: In season 1, when Ian is looking for Mickey, Mandy mentions that Mickey went to take their mum out of jail. After, it is mentioned 2-3 times that their mum is dead. Mandy also specifies to Lip in season 2 that she's been dead since she was a baby.
I'll Light a Candle for You Every Day - S2-E3
Continuity mistake: At the bar, Lenny is in a brief shot standing with his back to the camera. His shirt moves down between cuts when Frank walks in.
Factual error: Karen says she doesn't want to divorce Jody because he'll take half her life insurance payout in the divorce, but life insurance (as well as other inheritances) are not considered marital property and don't usually get divided in a divorce.
Parenthood - S2-E8
Continuity mistake: After Fiona's return back home from the club where she's worked as a waitress, the blackish strips on her cheeks turn from partially rubbed off (justified by her wiping the tears) to perfectly fine a moment later, then change several more times during her discussion with Lip. Continuity mistake: When Monica and Frank are driving in the car with Liam, the Crawford Power Plant can be seen just behind the car. At this point, they have crossed the Stevenson Expressway and they are heading south down Pulaski. However, in the scene where they stop the car and argue, as Monica drives away, the Crawford Power Plant can be seen on the left, right ahead of them. (00:13:40 - 00:14:50)
Visible crew/equipment: When Monica stops the car, as Frank is getting out, you can see two cameramen in the reflection of the window. Also, a train is passing by but during the shot where Frank gets angry and makes a mean face at the camera, cars are passing along as if there is no train at all. (00:14:30)
Continuity mistake: When Frank and Monica start arguing over the drugs, a train is approaching. It passes, however in one shot of Frank there is no train when we should see it.
May I Trim Your Hedges? - S3-E3
Continuity mistake: Kevin divorces his first wife in Season 3, Episode 3. But in Season 10, Episode 12, he tells Veronica that he will have to find her first to get a divorce before he can marry V.
Revealing mistake: When the corpse of the old woman is laid on the bed, you can see her stomach contracting and expanding under the blanket.
Continuity mistake: During Frank's discussion with the candidate for mayor, there's a bus leaving the stop, it's not the same vehicle. In the first shot, it's 1717, with no advertisement or line number on the rear, while in the second it's 1691 with an ad above the licence plate and the number 82 on the display. (00:19:20)
Continuity mistake: At the bar, Mickey has something in his hand. It disappears and reappears in the space of three shots.
Visible crew/equipment: Fiona returns to work and tells her boss about the windshield. The camera backs up into his office. On the left side of the screen you can see the shadow of the camera operator.
Continuity mistake: When the angry driver is smashing Fiona's windshield, she is desperately trying to roll her window up. In one shot she is rolling it up but it cuts to outside and the window is completely down.

Continuity mistake: Liam notices the dog tied up and says "doggy." In a closer shot he reaches his arms up. Cut to a wide shot and his arms are down.

Continuity mistake: Frank and Carl are scoping out his supposed eldest daughter. In the initial shot it is raining but in both angles of the close up shots, it is snowing. The scene ends with a wide shot and it's raining.
Continuity mistake: When Debbie is in her room crying about Matty, Fiona comes to the door. Debbie gets up to open the door with nothing in her hands. As she returns to the bed, she's holding a pillow.
Continuity mistake: Near the end of the episode, Sheila leaves to go to the reservation. She gets in the car and her hair is in her mouth. We see the driver and it goes back to her. Her hair is no longer in her mouth.

Visible crew/equipment: The cameraman is visible whilst sitting in a chair in the office scene where Fiona is walking away.
