Continuity mistake: After jumping right behind Jack, Afro attempts to stab him, and Jack avoids it. When Jack turns back to face Afro, it looks like there is a bit of distance between them, despite Afro being right behind Jack in the exact previous shot.
Mario VS Sonic (Nintendo VS Sega) - S5-E13
Continuity mistake: When Mario slams the chair shut on Sonic and kicks him away, Sonic lands face down sprawled out in the sand, and he is lying with his body almost parallel to the beach line of the water. But in the next shot as he starts to get up, his legs are now suddenly pointed towards the water. (00:15:35)
Nightwing VS Daredevil (DC VS Marvel) - S5-E12
Continuity mistake: Nightwing throws a couple of his wingdings at Daredevil who flips around them. They strike the car behind Daredevil and stick into the door. But for the rest of the fight, they are missing. (00:15:00)
Mario VS Sonic (Nintendo VS Sega) - S5-E13
Continuity mistake: After Mario is victorious and is lying back down in his lawn chair, watching the mushroom cloud, he's back in his swim trunks with Cheep Cheep fish on it. An extra Cheep Cheep appears on his left leg by his crotch that was not there at the start of the episode. (00:15:20 - 00:18:10)

Continuity mistake: Mario's gloves and hands get skinned up by Sonic's spin attack during the free fall. And when Sonic's severed foot lands in Mario's hands, the damage is visible. But in the next shot when he starts jumping for joy, holding the foot, his hands are visible and his gloves suddenly look spotless and brand new. (00:18:05)

Continuity mistake: After Mario throws Sonic down, exploding him into a mushroom cloud, Mario shakes his scraped up hands and looks at them. In this shot his hands have some distance between each other. But in the next shot from over his shoulders, suddenly his hands are right next to each other. Also, the damage to his gloves change between shots slightly in some areas. Most notable is his left thumb. In the first shot, there are two separate holes there, one on his thumb and another next to it on his palm. But in the over the shoulder shot, the holes are joined as one big hole. (00:18:00)

Continuity mistake: After they start free falling from orbit, Sonic thrusts himself towards Mario to attack him, and Mario has his body tilted while upside down so that his head is leaning towards his left side. But in the next shot as Sonic draws near, Mario is flipped so he's leaning to his right side towards Sonic. (00:17:40)

Continuity mistake: After using the Chaos Emeralds to go Hyper Sonic, suddenly Sonic's shoes get buckles on the sides of them. But after Hyper mode wears off and you see Sonic falling through the atmosphere, his shoes are back to how they were before with no buckles on the outside edges. When Sonic hits the beach and explodes into a mushroom cloud, his severed leg and foot lands in Mario's hands, and the buckle reappears on Sonic's dead foot. (00:17:45)

Continuity mistake: Mario kicks Sonic away in the lawn chair and the chair lands on the beach open but sideways. The folding back of the chair is extended fully back open while it's in this position. Then when the hordes of cat Marios are mauling Sonic, the camera pulls back to show the lawn chair again with a seagull perched on top of it. Suddenly the back of the chair is partly folded in now, despite it being in the same position. Also the small alcove of trees in the distance is suddenly much further away. And yes, the bird does move the chair later and is seen sitting in it, but at this point it has not, and is just perched on top. (00:15:30 - 00:16:40)

Revealing mistake: Except when Sonic picks up a handful and throws it in Mario's face at the start of the fight, neither character has any effect on the sandy beach around them. Sonic even runs circles around Mario at super speeds with no effect on the soft sand. (00:15:45)

Continuity mistake: When the fight starts and Sonic starts to charge at Mario, the lawn chair that was behind Sonic disappears off the beach, as does Mario's umbrella. (00:15:40)

Continuity mistake: Mario's lawn chair is facing towards the water when sitting on the beach, with Mario standing to the side when Sonic gets on the chair. But in the shot where Mario slams the chair closed on Sonic before kicking it, suddenly the chair is parallel to the water. (00:15:25)

Continuity mistake: Sonic turns his head towards Mario taunting him with his shades on, and Mario's reflection is seen in the glasses. In the next shot, Sonic's head is suddenly looking straight forward and Mario's position, most notably his hands, are is different than what was in the reflection. (00:15:30)

Continuity mistake: As Mario is walking up to his lawn chair on the beach, you get a clear look at the stripe pattern on the cloth. In the shot after Sonic sneaks onto the lawn chair, the pattern of the stripes has changed. And there is much more blue area between the bottom most stripe and the wood of the chair than previously. Nightwing VS Daredevil (DC VS Marvel) - S5-E12
Continuity mistake: As Nightwing is standing back up after using the sonic attack on Daredevil's ears, his Escrima Stick is shown on the ground glowing right by his feet behind him. But after he delivers the finishing blow to Daredevil and he begins falling over, the Escrima Stick is suddenly further away from Nightwing and in front of him behind Daredevil. It's sitting there glowing on the floor under the Screwattacks' logo. (00:17:30)

Continuity mistake: Nightwing and Daredevil square off against each other as the word fight appears on screen. In the next shot as they start to run at each other, they are suddenly further away. This is most notable by Daredevil as in the previous shot he was standing almost right on a line in the floor that was leading to some car part boxes. But in the shot of him running he's suddenly a few feet behind this line and not to it yet. (00:14:45)
