Continuity mistake: After Jimmy leaves Mike at the Los Pollos, Mike looks through is binoculars and is supposed to be looking at the mirror with them. The shot of the rear view mirror shows him looking off to his left however, not at the mirror as it should be. Continuity mistake: While Kim is talking to Jimmy he is pulling of the tape off the wall. As she sits down to the couch, Jimmy's hands are at the same height as his head. After a cut, his hands on the wall are suddenly at a much higher level. About 50cm of pulling off the tape on the wall are being skipped. (00:40:37)

Continuity mistake: Mike sets a trap to taint a cartel's truck with drug residue. First, he inserts a bag of cocaine in a shoe, then throws the pair of shoes over a telephone wire. His plan is to shoot the hanging shoe so the cocaine powder pours out onto the truck as it passes under the wire. Continuity mistake: Hector goes behind the counter in Los Pollos Hermanos and helps himself to a drink. The cup is under a different dispenser (and therefore a different drink) each time the shot changes, but the audio of the dispensing and the cup being filled remains intact throughout.
Factual error: The Rayovac batteries in Chuck's tape recorder use the wrong design for the time period this episode is set.
Continuity mistake: When Jimmy and the kids pull into the news station, the shadows of the dishes and tower drastically change positions from when the park to when they get out of the car.

For example, when you see him reading the sports page, there's half a picture of a baseball player on the front and the bottom half should be seen on the side Hector is reading. When we see what he's reading, part of the picture is now a football player.
Continuity mistake: When Nacho holds up the paper with the pill capsule in it for Daniel, he holding it between his index and middle finger. When the camera angle changes he's now holding it between his thumb and index finger.
Factual error: The scene where Jimmy is doing community service, they are under the Juan Tabo Bridge that crosses the Tijeras Arroyo. This bridge was not built until 2006. The episode is set in 2003.
Continuity mistake: As Howard and Chuck are in a meeting about their lawyers' premiums going up, Chuck is spinning a pen around in his hand. He stop and lays it down as the woman tells them to not take it personally. The camera cuts to a different angle and suddenly he's got the pen spinning in his fingers once again. (00:10:43)
Continuity mistake: After the meeting and Howard pours a glass of drink for both him and Chuck, he walks to the end of the table and places his hands on a chair as he asks Chuck if he remembers Al McConnell. Factual error: When Mike is meeting with Lydia in her office, you can see an undeveloped hillside from Lydia's office window with sagebrush and other desert shrubs common in New Mexico. However, Lydia's office is in Houston, Texas, where such plants do not grow. Houston also does not sit in the desert, it lies in a coastal plain where it is much greener than Albuquerque.
Factual error: When Jimmy is doing "stretches" in the mall, waiting for Irene and her friends, there is a Crazy 8 store behind him. This episode is set in 2003, the first Crazy 8 store did not open until 2007.
