Continuity mistake: The Salamancas brothers burn Arturo's body inside his car. When the brothers leave, there is a scenic tree a short distance down the road from the burning car. It balances the shot. When the camera angle changes to a wide view, there are no trees anywhere near the car.
Continuity mistake: The sky changes multiple times during the opening sequence. It goes from clear and sunny to much cloudier depending on the angle.
Continuity mistake: Near the beginning when they are staging the crime scene, the car with the flat tires moves between being on the road and further off to the side during the angle changes.
Answer: It is my opinion that you should absolutely watch Breaking Bad first. If you did not know, Better Call Saul takes place before the events of Breaking Bad. At the time I am posting this, BCS is mid-way through season 5, with season 6 on the way perhaps in a year. So if you binge Better Call Saul now, you would not be able to "flow" right into Breaking Bad. To me, it's better to watch in the order that they came out. Breaking Bad was a phenomenal show, and now watching Better Call Saul, it is fun to watch the events unfold and start to lead up to what we saw in BB. Enjoy.
