Continuity mistake: When James McGill returns from the toilet, Craig Kettleman is rubbing his hands. In the next shot he is holding a cup with the right hand and his left hand is hidden under his right arm. (00:25:05)
Visible crew/equipment: At the end of the episode Saul is sitting in his office and you can see the shadow from a crew member in the windows. The member even moves. (00:50:41)
Other mistake: In episode 3 Jimmy says to Kim that the Kettlemans bought a boat using some of the money they embezzled. Nevertheless, when Mike breaks into the Kettleman's house and gets the money back which later is delivered to the district attorney in this episode, it's the whole amount without any money missing.
Answer: It is my opinion that you should absolutely watch Breaking Bad first. If you did not know, Better Call Saul takes place before the events of Breaking Bad. At the time I am posting this, BCS is mid-way through season 5, with season 6 on the way perhaps in a year. So if you binge Better Call Saul now, you would not be able to "flow" right into Breaking Bad. To me, it's better to watch in the order that they came out. Breaking Bad was a phenomenal show, and now watching Better Call Saul, it is fun to watch the events unfold and start to lead up to what we saw in BB. Enjoy.
