Hell on Wheels

Show generally

Continuity mistake: The lead actor is standing on the back of a railway car as another train slowly pulls out. The following aerial shot still shows him there, but with no train or tracks to his right.

Bleeding Kansas - S4-E11

Continuity mistake: Ruth is seen in a flashback. The young Ruth has a mole on the left side of her face, as does the adult Ruth. But in one shot, when she is slapped by her father, the mole appears on the right side. (00:20:00)

Struck - S5-E4

Continuity mistake: A parcel is thrown from the stagecoach and lands just off the left foot of the person expecting it. The following quick shot shows the same man bending to pick it up, but this time the package is centered and directly in front of his feet.

Hungry Ghosts - S5-E6

Continuity mistake: At the end of the previous episode, when Mei's father Ah-Tao dies she touches his face (after Buchanan joins the room) and she is wearing dark red fingernail polish with jewels. At the beginning of this episode showing the same scene, Mei no longer has polish on her nails.

Revelations - S1-E7

Factual error: During the race between the horse and the train, the horses are wearing shoes. The Native Americans had no way of forging steel to make horse shoes.
