Continuity mistake: As Tony is trying to stop the train by pushing on it with the Iron Man suit, you see the fingers of his right hand are outstretched fully and his hand flat against the door, with his pinkie right on the line between the black door and white wall of the train. Continuity mistake: The front car has an extension towards the top front showing the train’s number, 07. This is only on the front car, and the other 3 cars of the train do not have this. But after Tony busts through the first car and blasts the connection between it and the second car, you see that the extension and 07 are suddenly at the top of the second car. But as soon as the lead car breaks away and the camera changes angles and pulls back, the second car no longer has the extension. (00:20:05)

As he does, you see the door goes into the train as well and stops at the first seats on the right side, getting stuck there. Continuity mistake: After separating the front car from the rest of the train, Tony attempts to stop the train from hitting some civilian cars on the road. First it shows a traffic jam with a single taxi right in the middle of it all. The taxi driver pops his head out the window and yells "Come on!" at the other cars. In this shot, he is not wearing a hat. But moments later as the train comes over the edge and Tony catches it in the Iron Man suit, the taxi driver steps out of his car to look up in fear, and suddenly he is wearing a green ball cap.
