Continuity mistake: When Hitch opens the tent flap to escape, there are 55-gallon drums outside covered by a camo net seen through the opening. The exterior shot outside the opening shows no 55-gallon drums or camo net.
Continuity mistake: During the fight scene with the German captain, Sgt. Troy's hat is mashed flat, yet is in perfect condition and next to the head of the German captain's body in later scenes.
Continuity mistake: Sgt. Troy's hat is nowhere near the body of the dead German captain in close up, but the longshot of his body shows the hat next to the body's head.

Continuity mistake: While Dietrich is pinned by the heavy beam, his binoculars show up in next to him in the close ups and disappear during the long shots.

Continuity mistake: Sgt. Moffitt's beret and goggles change position while hanging from the butt of a submachine gun.
Take Me to Your Leader Raid - S1-E27
Continuity mistake: A rifle bullet ricochet's off the ammo box of Sgt. Moffitt's .50 caliber machinegun, leaving a large silver divot. In later scenes the damage to the machine gun is missing.
Continuity mistake: When Doctor Anderson gives Sgt. Troy the black medical bag, Troy and the bag are next to the jeep's right front tire. The next shot, when the Doctor drives off in the jeep, Troy and the bag are a considerable distance from the jeep.
Continuity mistake: A dropped grenade lands inches behind Michelle, but when Colonel Leske throws himself on it, it is over six feet away from her.
Continuity mistake: Hitch and Troy park their jeep six feet from the rear of the half-track, but the next shot shows the half-track parked just inches away.
