Continuity mistake: When the camera pans to Ash for the first time, the television set is aligned with what it is on, but in the next shot, it is skewed. Also, there is no wood framing around the window to the right of Ash, but in the next shot, there is. (00:02:04)

Abra and the Psychic Showdown - S1-E22

Continuity mistake: When the camera pans up to show the Sabrina doll as Ash and friends are running, Pikachu abruptly shifts right briefly before returning to his previous position. Also, the centre cloud is above two others on a set, but in the next shot, it is below them. (00:16:05)

Mystery at the Lighthouse - S1-E13

Continuity mistake: When the Poké Ball Ash uses for Krabby indicates success, it is at a 22° angle, and there are pieces of wood on the ground, but when Ash goes over to retrieve it, it is at a 45° angle, and the pieces of wood previously on the ground have disappeared. (00:04:49)

The Battling Eevee Brothers - S1-E38

Continuity mistake: When Sparky asks, "Have you decided on Eevee's Evolution yet?" Misty's left thumb is on the front of the bench, but in the next shot, it is not. Also, there is a drink on the right support of the bench, but in the next shot, it is on its beams. (00:10:16)

The Tower of Terror - S1-E23

Continuity mistake: When Ash asks how they would succeed in their match at the Saffron City Gym if they do not go back into the Pokémon Tower, Charmander is on a connecting part of the path, but in the next shot, he is not. Also, Pikachu is on one completely, but in the next shot, he is not. (00:10:31)

Other mistake: During the Pokérap, when the Poliwrath name is said, the Pokémon shown is actually Poliwag. Also, when the Graveler name is said, the Pokémon shown is actually Geodude.
