Continuity mistake: When the phone rings, it is six centimetres away from the lamp, but in the next shot, it is fourteen centimetres away. Also, the cabinet is three centimetres away from the top of the planks directly above it, but in the next shot, it is six centimetres away. (00:04:34)
Character mistake: Brock states that the Diglett are plowing the ground and the Dugtrio are planting the trees, but the opposite is true (The Dugtrio are plowing, and the Diglett are planting).
Trivia: During the Pokérap that appears after some episodes, nearly all of the Pokémon shown are the actual creatures, but Venusaur, Charizard, Blastoise, Rhydon, Zapdos, and Kabutops that are shown are machines from Pokémon Island. Also, when Kabuto is shown, it isn't actually a Kabuto but Bill in Kabuto's costume.
