Continuity mistake: When Ash uses his Pokédex to find facts on Miltank, his right index finger is on the top of the main portion of the Pokédex while the one below it is near the top, but in the next shot, the former is near the top while the latter is at the centre. Also, in the latter shot, the buttons on the Pokédex are ten millimetres away from each other despite being five millimetres away three episodes before. This is due to the latter shot using the same positioning of Ash's hand as seen in "Hot Matches!" (00:16:01)

Continuity mistake: When Misty says, "Wait for us!" the sign on the front of the burger restaurant is 30 centimetres away from the trim on it, but in the next shot, it is fifteen centimetres away. (00:02:05)
