Continuity mistake: When Axl and Mike are driving to the lake and they get stuck, the area around them changes as they drive. When viewed inside the car they pass by more lawn areas, but then when they are outside the car it's a more rural area with trees and bushes that are not seen when inside the car. Also the volleyball players disappear when viewed from inside the car.
Continuity mistake: When Axl is tying his dress shoes with white socks, in one shot his pants are fine, but in the very next shot they are tucked into his socks.
Continuity mistake: At The Front Door, Dr. Goodwin hands Frankie the Thanksgiving bouquet twice.
Continuity mistake: In the kitchen with Tag, Mike's arms instantly switch from bent at the elbows to straight down as the shots change.

Continuity mistake: As Sue is freaking out about the reviews, she makes a lot of eye contact with a customer. As she is doing this she makes a large orange soda. In the first angle, she takes out 2 cups to pour the soda in, but in the second shot when she puts it down, it's only one cup. (00:11:50)

Continuity mistake: During dinner the number of slices and type of pizza changes from shot to shot. And it moves around the box as well.
Continuity mistake: Axl and his friend chase Darren out of the house and into the snow, churning a path in the snow. However, in the overhead shots of all three boys, the churned snow path is not there, just undisturbed snow.
Continuity mistake: As Frankie excoriates her family for not noticing she was not on the train, her purse switches from her left to right shoulder and back again.
Continuity mistake: While Mike is explaining to Frankie his inaction to help Frankie, the red blanket draped over Frankie's shoulder goes from being on her shoulder, to off, then back on between shots.

Continuity mistake: Sue's hands move around during the scene she is telling the family she got engaged. They go from by her face to The Table top etc even though there is not time for her to move them.

Continuity mistake: In Mike's brother's room, the street sign above the bed changes from Main Street to First Street, then back to Main Street.
Halloween VI: Tick Tock Death - S7-E6
Continuity mistake: Mike is holding and looking through Brick's Halloween bag when Brick wanders off to the next house and encounters Cindy. When he walks back to where Mike is, Brick is carrying the bag.
Continuity mistake: While Mike is on the bed in the hotel room, the time displayed on the clock on the nightstand is 6:35. In the following shot, it is 6:34. (00:11:00)
Continuity mistake: The camera shot of Frankie from the front shows her right arm bent and her hand resting on her hip, while from the back her right arm is hanging down at her side.
Continuity mistake: The front view of Hutch shows him sitting at a cluttered desk (soda can, yellow pad of paper, textbook) yet the view from his left shoulder shows no clutter and the soda can missing.
Continuity mistake: In the dorm room, Sue and Lexie's hands alternate between having no popcorn in their fingers to holding some, and also their hands constantly change positions between camera shots.
