Continuity mistake: When Otho is going through the house suggesting changes he is wearing white sneakers in one room and red ones in the next. (00:16:25)

Hall Monitor / Harold's Bar Mitzvah - S2-E15
Other mistake: In the credits, Justin Shenkarow is credited twice for voicing Harold. (00:22:59)
Visible crew/equipment: After the battle with the Germanians, the next morning after the tavern, Maximus is walking in the army camp and he feeds a horse a piece of apple. If you look closely between him and the horse, there is a crewman wearing a pair of blue jeans. (00:21:00)
Revealing mistake: When Woody grabs hold of Buzz and uses his "karate chop action" while they walk backwards to the open door, as Woody says, "Sorry guys, dinner's canceled," in the wideshot of all of Sid's toys pay attention to the chair and table at the right side of the screen. What we're supposed to be seeing is the swivel chair with four legs/wheels (and the red toolbox resting on the seat) that's positioned in front of the table's angled wood two-by-four legs. But we don't see that. What we do see is the swivel chair and table all blended together - the seat and legs of the chair are somehow behind both sets of table legs and the chair's backrest is in front of the table, which doesn't make any sense.
Revealing mistake: When Superman and Nuclear Man fall down the building, their capes remain stuck to their backs, defying the laws of gravity, and thus revealing that the scene was shot with them standing up and then turning the camera around.
The One With The Ring - S6-E23
Visible crew/equipment: In the opening shot of Phoebe and Chandler in the "nine millionth" jewelry store looking for a ring, at the top of the screen we can see the tip of the boom mic moving in the wideshot. Then, just as Chandler looks into the display case and says, "Ugly ring. Ugly ring. Ugly ring," the boom microphone can be seen moving around in the case mirror's reflection behind him (edited out of HBO Max version).
Other mistake: The end credits show Annie, Clarabel, Bertie and Harold under the voice cast for "the trains", but Annie and Clarabel are rolling stock, Bertie is a road vehicle, and Harold is an aircraft, respectively.
Continuity mistake: As the sergeant climbs to the truck's roof, Belloq turns his head to watch the scene. In that shot, the staff car is passing next to a group of plants. In the next shot, almost all the plants have disappeared. (01:26:55)
Revealing mistake: As Kevin is flying off the front porch on the toboggan, you can see the small wheels mounted on the bottom of the sled to aid in its "jump". (00:25:30)
Revealing mistake: When the Wicked Witch scares the Munchkins in Munchkinland, where Dorothy lands, she disappears into a cloud of smoke she creates. But you can see her sneak down into a trap door below. [As a sidenote to this entry, Margaret Hamilton was hospitalized for severe burns after a take of this shot (not the final one used) when the stage elevator got stuck and the explosion went off.] (00:30:45)
Continuity mistake: When Rose is trying to rescue Jack she spies a fire axe. Smashing all the glass out from the holder she grabs the axe and turns round. The next camera shot shows Rose standing in front of the case with almost all of its glass intact. (01:59:25)
Revealing mistake: When Violet turns into the blueberry you can see the reflection of the blue light in her hair. But in the same scenes where blue make-up is used instead of the light, you can see the regular flesh-tone under her hair and in her parting.
Continuity mistake: When TJ's friends climb on the jungle gym to try and take TJ's place, we see that Gretchen is the last one up and there is no-one on the bars behind her. But in the next long shot, Mikey is right behind her. Then when it shows a close-up of them, Mikey is gone again; then he reappears a moment later.
Continuity mistake: At the snake exhibit, while Harry speaks with the Python the snake's body lies curled over a long wood log and a large rock. In the shot from outside the Python's exhibit, after the glass pane disappears Dudley falls over the rail and the snake is gone, not positioned differently or blocked from view, but altogether gone. In the next overhead shot inside the Python's exhibit, while Dudley falls the snake is back lying on the log and rock, in the very same position as in the previous shots. (00:07:10)
Continuity mistake: When Mom gives Molly the donation box she writes "Sunnyside" on only one side of the corrugated box. When the Sunnyside box is in the car and also when Mom carries it to the daycare, there's printed red text (name, contents, etc) under the hand hole at the adjacent side of the box, but when Bonnie's Mom carries the box into the butterfly room that printed red text has vanished (NOT the handwritten "Sunnyside"), then it reappears when the kids go to recess. (00:19:25)
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the episode when Bolsa writes "Hola DEA" with the white paint on the turtle shell, the writing completely changes from how it appeared in the episode "Negro Y Azul."
Through The Looking Glass (2) - S3-E23
Continuity mistake: When Jack hands the walkie-talkie to Ben, the way he holds it differs between the two angles. In one angle, he is gripping it; in the other, he is holding it on his flat palm. (00:10:30)
Continuity mistake: When Superman saves Lois from the car crash, the bumper's damage changes between shots: sometimes it's dangling on the edge, others it's attached to the car.
Row Row Row Your Boat on a Rocky Sea - S9-E1
Revealing mistake: Dr. Charles reads the patient's chart. Near the bottom, it says, "Is this enough filler? My hand hurts." (00:19:30)
Revealing mistake: Just before Eleanor's car hits Phoebe, Phoebe's face is visible, and you can see that it's a stunt double, not Pamela Reed.
