Continuity mistake: When Kirk is sneaking about on the Romulan ship, just after Spock takes off in the ship, we see a shot of him walking down a dark corridor, carrying what is very clearly a Romulan pistol (quite long and thin). When the shot changes, he suddenly has his standard Federation Phaser in his hand when he confronts Nero. He doesn't get a Romulan pistol like that until after the fight with the first officer, when his phaser falls over the edge. (01:42:55)

The Skull in the Desert - S1-E17
Continuity mistake: During the scene when Booth and Bones are driving to tell Angela that her boyfriend is dead, the scenery behind Booth jumps suddenly mid shot. Initially the scene is of a wide plain, then suddenly a mountain range appears. This scene was obviously shot on a sound stage, with the scenic background being projected onto screens around the vehicle, an old trick in movie making. It seems that somebody mistimed the loop of the tape they were using. (00:12:30)

By this point, the exterior hatch has been opened, and daylight is quite visible within the tube, yet moments later Liam Neeson's character climbs out onto the conning tower revealing that its night time outside the submarine.

The Da Vinci Code (2006)
Continuity mistake: When Teabing rolls the Cryptex to Langdon near the end of the movie, in one shot we see that the Cryptex rolls to a stop about 6 inches from Langdon's knee, but when the shot changes to an overhead view we see the Cryptex is now suddenly at least 2 feet from Langdon. Then the shot changes again and its now more like a foot from him.
