He is in the northern part of Shanghai, quite some distance from Pudong, the area south of the river, where the high rise buildings are. However in the next clip, he drives down the on-ramp to The Bund, which is the street right next to the river, opposite Pudong. So he's been driving in circles - and extremely fast.

Continuity mistake: When the sewer lid is removed, it is pushed to the right (compared to the location of the car) but when it is pulled back, it lies behind the hole (again compared to the location of the car).

Continuity mistake: When Bond takes the first sip of his martini at Henderson's place, the glass is about half full. You can see the level of the martini in the glass is below his finger. In the next clip there is more in the glass. The level is now above his finger, much closer to the rim.

Continuity mistake: When the divers swim towards the submarine with Bond's body, the submarine is seen from a distance and you can't see the ocean's surface. But in the next clip when Bond is lowered into the hatch the surface is no more than 4 meters above them.
