When Rockford and Rocky drive off in their vehicles, just as Leo starts to follow Rockford, the reflections of the camera operator, camera, boom operator, and boom mic are visible on the car's window. Continuity mistake: When Rockford first sees Christine during her photo session, in the wide shot Christine is brought a glass of wine which she holds in her right hand while the white flower is in her left hand; then the wine glass and flower switch hands in the next closeup. Continuity mistake: Early in the morning, before Rockford heads out to the airport for a stand-by flight, when he picks up the phone receiver he holds it in his right hand, then it cuts to a closeup. This closeup presents three issues. One, Rockford is wearing a pinky ring on his right hand that doesn't exist otherwise; two, a rolodex suddenly appears beside the telephone; three, the right hand in the closeup is not holding the receiver. Visible crew/equipment: After Angel lies to Jim about bunking over at Aaron's he leaves Rocky's house, and when Angel shows up at Gaedel's apartment, the moving boom mic is visible in the hallway under the head jamb, and there's a small white tape mark on the carpet between Angel's feet. (00:40:00)
