Continuity mistake: After Fauxlivia shoots Joe and is dragging him to the bathroom to dispose of the body, she hears a knock on the door. During this shot, she is dragging him with his jacket over his head, which she is gripping. However in the immediate next shot, she is still dragging him by his jacket, only the jacket is much lower.

Visible crew/equipment: When Walter and Olivia leave the hospital in the alternate universe, William Bell pulls up in his vehicle. As he does, you can see the reflection of the crew on the metal bars in the front of the vehicle, as well as the metal side-view mirror.

Visible crew/equipment: During the shot where Walter is talking about Jimmy Hoffa while installing a light bulb, you can see the set and crew reflected on the metal part, including the audio coordinator with a boom mike.

Continuity mistake: During one of the first shots of Olivia in the tank, you can see the reflections of lab lights on the water even though the tank is closed.

Continuity mistake: At the very end of the episode when Nina Sharp exits the elevator, she mostly steps out of the elevator completely before the masked men come and shoot her. However, when they review the security footage of the attack in the next episode, "There's More Than One of Everything," you see that she barely takes a step before being shot. (00:49:15)
