Factual error: The episode takes place in New York in February. During the scene with the Beatles arriving at the theater, we see a tree that has very green and full leaves on it. Trees with green leaves are visible in other parts of the episode as well.

Visible crew/equipment: The shadow of the camera is visible on the car's hood when Al is trying to convince Mrs. Melanie not to go after Sam. It lingers there for a while in the shot.

Continuity mistake: Near the beginning, Sam has a cut on his left eye from the fight which they apply a bandage to later. The cut briefly disappears when Sam is talking to the sister, only to reappear.

Continuity mistake: Al is talking to Sam near the hanger about his options regarding the pilot. When we see Sam and the back of Al's head, there is a significant shadow on Al. It isn't there in the opposite angle. On top of that, since Al is a hologram, shadows shouldn't affect him.

Continuity mistake: The makeup lady puts a moustache on Sam right after he leaps into the man. A stagehand bursts in, telling him it is time to go on. The moustache is now gone, and the makeup lady puts it back on Sam's face.

Trivia: The beginning sequence with the gunfire was shot on the Universal Studios back lot. This same set was better seen in the television show Desperate Housewives. In that show it's known as Wisteria Lane. It is actually Colonial Street and has been used by Universal for over 60 years.

Factual error: While it's done for furthering the plot, climbing a live AM radio tower would result in RF burns and would possibly be fatal. The man who cuts the transmission cable would be in a lot of pain or dead doing that in real life.

Revealing mistake: When Sam is getting ready with the other woman, the shoes on the floor do not match in the reflection. Their position is off.

Revealing mistake: Sam and the other woman are staring at their reflections while Sam is getting ready. Notice where the woman with darker hair is standing in relation to Sam. Their mirror images are further apart. The woman with darker hair also has her head tilted to the right slightly. Her mirror image doesn't.

Revealing mistake: Sam is getting shot at in the aircraft hanger. He hides behind a yellow machine and a bullet hits it. The bullet produces a flash but leaves no mark where it hits. A real bullet would have left a gash at the least.
