Revealing mistake: When the bomber is shot in front of the store, he is standing in front of a shop window. It's highly unlikely that the window wouldn't get hit and shatter. The cops fire at least a couple of dozen rounds, and magically they all hit the body, nobody misses in the heat of the moment, and no bullets exit the body from the back.

Doctor Who (1) - S10-E22

Revealing mistake: When Nick is in the shed in the desert, sunlight is coming in through hundreds of holes in the walls and roof. Since the sun is in one spot, all beams of light should be in the general same direction. In this scene they come from at least 5 different directions, with some originating from a light source very close to the outer wall (causing beams in a radial pattern).

Revealing mistake: Season 5, episode 18 "Point of No Return": When Danny fires at the bad guy, there are sparks coming from the metal pipes when his bullets hit them. One of the things causing the sparks burns too slowly, taking over a second before it fades out.

Revealing mistake: The drawing little Jack made was reproduced on a printer; it has a perfect 1cm white border around the drawing.

Revealing mistake: When Victor is opening the padlock, sparks fly around in close ups. In the wide angle shots there are no sparks at all.

Scatter Point - S2-E5

Revealing mistake: When Sam pops open the cabinet with the wire he will later cut, you can see that the wire was cut and glued together again. When Sam cuts the wire some time later, it's in perfect condition. The taping was probably done in reverse order.

My Name is Mac Taylor - S5-E8

Revealing mistake: Season 5, episode 8, "My Name is Mac Taylor": When the killer sets himself on fire, he's not wearing any gloves. In the next shot he is, to protect the stuntman from the flames.

Revealing mistake: When the police dog wants to attack Swagger and bites the cop instead, it's obvious the cop wears thick protection under his coat sleeve. (01:03:20)

Revealing mistake: When the two FBI agents are thrown out of the car, you can see they are clearly wearing body armour under their clothing just for the purpose of breaking the fall. They look "fat" mainly on their torso because of the padding.

Revealing mistake: In the scene with the motorcycle riding on its rear tire, skid marks can be seen from previous takes.

Revealing mistake: When taking the driving test Ashtray is driving down a street with on the left a parked white RV. After making a left turn, we see through the rear window he's driving down the same street.

Revealing mistake: When Austin lowers himself in the jacuzzi you can see he's not naked but wearing flesh coloured swimming pants. (00:44:40)

Revealing mistake: Multiple times during the movie, specially during the chase scene towards the end, skid marks can be seen from previous takes which match the car's actions perfectly. (00:17:10)

Revealing mistake: When the kids are running through the cornfield, how can it be they cast two shadows? At night in no mans land there is only one light source, the moon (and even the moon wouldn't shine so bright). (01:06:40)

Revealing mistake: The shadows in the locker room aren't natural. With a few light on the ceiling and one window, you don't get as much shadows as in that scene.

Revealing mistake: When Louis picks up the dead body next to the garbage truck, you can see the dead body working to get a grip on the floor, making it easier to pick him up.
