Revealing mistake: When Charles Ingalls plays his fiddle at the end of the episode, one can see from the movement of his hands that he is not really playing, but just pretending. (Also visible in every other episode where Charles plays the fiddle, but most obvious in this one.).

Revealing mistake: In the first big chase scene the bad guys make the cars roll down from the car transport truck to block the street. You can see that there are stunt drivers sitting in some of those cars to keep them under control. (00:34:20)

Revealing mistake: In the car chase, the girl keeps the steering wheel straight all the time (in the shot from inside the car), although the street is not straight at all.
